God yes.

Especially when wearing only jeans - amazing body and arms.

And his voice and accent make me swoon.

Malificence · 17/12/2010 21:27

Hell yes, after 28 years I still can't keep my mucky paws off him. Grin
And I've just had to fend him off trying to twiddle my nips as I type, so it goes both ways Wink.

onlyjoking9329 · 17/12/2010 21:48

I still get butterflies and wobbly legs, I fancy him like mad, luckily he feels the same about me

onceamai · 17/12/2010 22:07

After 21 years I do still fancy him but just wish I wasn't so bloody tired all the time and that he would be a bit more romantic! I most certainly do love him a bit more every year though!

AnyFuckerForAMincePie · 17/12/2010 22:23
Xmas Sad
MisSalToeKisses · 17/12/2010 22:27

Yes, and strangely I think he's getting more handsome by the day. We've been married for 7 years, and have known each other for a lifetime.

FairhairedandFrustrated · 17/12/2010 22:39

Yes, been together 17 years, married for 13 - I love looking at him!!
He has the sexiest shoulders I have ever seen & the loveliest smile :)

He's just recovering from a vasectomy & I love him even more & am soooo looking forward to his wound healing.... Wink

alicet · 17/12/2010 22:46

Yes. I fancy the arse off my dh. He is gorgeous and sexy and still the only man for me after nearly 8 years. Don't imagine it will be any different after 18 either.

Hope that doesn't sound too nauseating or smug but its true!

whethergirl · 17/12/2010 23:05

Wow it's been so lovely reading about all you loved up lot, and a real eye opener...I've been with dp for just 9 months and don't think I fancy him...it was always more one sided...but nothing wrong with him and was also hoping that going for nice person who would do anything for me would be enough. But now I want what you lot have [envious]

whethergirl · 17/12/2010 23:06

I mean Envy

vicdim14 · 17/12/2010 23:07

I met my DH when we were both eighteen. I hated him on sight and did my best to avoid him. Thirteen years later I fancy the man he has grown into more than I ever did the boy.

But farting, moaning and criticising my cooking are definitely a no no...

Beamur · 17/12/2010 23:12

(Forearms mmmmm)
Sometimes I fancy DP and sometimes not so much, oddly the sight of him doing DIY or similiar does seem to have an aphrodisiac effect.
He is sweet and funny and kind though and when he is like that I fancy him more.

marge2 · 17/12/2010 23:25

Totally used to him and don't really notice his looks/appearance nowadays really, but when I think about it - actually yes - he's totally bloody gorgeous as 5o-something-year-olds go. Grin Been together 13 years.

AnyFuckerForAMincePie · 17/12/2010 23:27

I am sat opposite DH now

He is asleep on the other sofa

His legs are akimbo and his towelling (sexy !) dressing gown has fallen open. I can see his sack.

It's not doing anything for me Xmas Grin

AnyFuckerForAMincePie · 17/12/2010 23:28

His legs look a bit fit though...

hmc · 17/12/2010 23:31

"Nope. Been together ten years. Didn't fancy him in the first place though, I thought I was being clever going for personality and niceness and that he whole fancying thing would come in time. That'll learn me."

Samay said that, but it could just have easily been me! I will be advising my children when they are thinking about marriage / long term commitment, never to overlook sexual attraction

maras2 · 17/12/2010 23:32

Sounds cheesey but my tummy turns over(in a good way)whenever I see him unexpectedly. Not bad after 40 years.

Shodan · 17/12/2010 23:33

Mostly- but in a kind of abstract way, iyswim?

But I have never in my life fancied anyone for more than a few minutes without starting to see the downsides (small ears/sloping shoulders/bad teeth/no bum etc etc etc) so I think I must just not be made like that. Or something.

I have wondered sometimes if I think about it all too much.

Having said all that, he is the only man I have always looked at and thought 'Yeah, he's good looking.'

And I'm always really really happy to see him come home at night. And I love him more than I can say.

Morloth · 17/12/2010 23:35

Yep, been together 15 years and married for 13.

He smells so good.

We are both complete ferals around each other with the farting and the burping so it would be a bit unfair to hold that against him.

Things have changed over the years but if anything we are closer than before. It isn't all exciting and breathtaking and giggly anymore. But he is always there when I need him, we still sit together on the lounge, will still hold hands when walking along.

ATM we are both a bit tired, 2 kids and an international move will do that to you, but I know that it will get better as the baby settles down a bit and as he is now easing up on breastfeeding all the time my libido is starting to make a return, YAY!

I love him, he drives me crazy and pisses me off and I do the same to him, but we are in it together.

I still get flashes of wanting to toss him on the ground and jump on him sometimes, but I mostly temper them with 'what about the children!'

hmc · 17/12/2010 23:37

We are all different aren't we - Morloth, freely farting and burping around each other is, for me, incompatible with fancying. I think you are probably the better adjusted of us though

flinginghasflung · 17/12/2010 23:38

Yes! 12 years on, still love him to bits, yearn for a hug and generally feel 100% better when he's in the house. Love the bones off this one, think I might keep him.

QueeferSantaland · 17/12/2010 23:43

God yes!

MOre than ever, although we have only been together for 6 years.

We don't fart in front of each other.

(FWIW, I'm a forearm girl tooXmas Grin.)

Morloth · 17/12/2010 23:43

Probably the more comfortable hmc.

Can I gush a bit more? DH works out, he specifically does his upper body because he knows I like big shoulders and biceps. Sometimes he wears a black t-shirt that cuts right across the bicep, when he does that I spend vast amounts of the day just having to stroke those lovely big arms. He is hairy too, like hairy men.

This morning I got up to go to the loo when I came back DH, DS1 and DS2 were all snuggled up asleep in bed. DS2 asleep on DH's chest and he had his arm around DS1. I mean really how could you not love a man like that? There was no room for me at that point though, so I went off to have a coffee instead. Xmas Grin
