I have had enough of my sil's violent and threatening behaviour not to mention the serious lies she has told.

AIBU to not want me or DS to have anything to do with her again.
DH agrees with me on this and hasn't really had anything to do with her for years btw

I dont talk to my Brother but his Wife is now pg and wants to send my son a xmas gift and for them to know each other.

Personal i dont like my brother and i dont need his family in my life so i dont want my son to have the gift.

If someone is not nice then why spend your time and energy on that person when you can spend it on your own family?

I would just not bother with her any more and say you are busy.

Does she live at home with the PIL's? Will this create an atmosphere with them and potentially further family repercussions?

No I didn't think there was. Its just until recently DS has always had very close contact with all this uncles and aunty's and even if i do "cut" contact with SIL, I have nothing against the others and in fact we are very close so DH'S oldest younger brother.

I don't really no what more to tell really.

She Is just very difficult.
Never been violent towards me as yet but is very violent towards parents and siblings.
Her foul language is disgusting, even around DS and I am sick of telling her to stop using it around DS, but it is like talking to a wall.

I no she is still only young but she just isn't a very nice person.

ANTagony yes she does and that is my only worry, i am quite close to my MIL and love her to bits.

if she is violent towards family members then maybe she has some underlying behavioural disorder, like ADHD?
