Hm yes, Apocalypse, will be interesting to see what happens when the OP makes an appearance in one of the 'is it ok to use language which denigrates people with mental problems' threads!

2blessed2bstressed · 09/11/2010 17:02

Ah TooBlessed, wasn't trying to pass the blame, just genuinely don't remember Grin

StealthPoHoHoHo · 09/11/2010 17:07

This sort of pointless thread would have never been started in Moldies
Think I will stick to there in future, much higher quality threads

JamieLeeCurtis · 09/11/2010 17:08

Shut the door on yer way out

oh, thank god it moved off the pets argument.

I nearly didn't have anything to add.

Now, if I hadn't seen loonies before, I would wonder why she posted a quite frankly provocative OP then disappeared.
(note, loonies, one S, 2 Ps, just like your op....)
Hmm Hmm

(btw, are we using buns to mean cakes, or buns to mean cobs? because I don't throw cobs)(or cakes for that matter)

GrimmaTheNome · 09/11/2010 17:34

so long as its not buttocks. Or ickle wabbits.

nickelbangBANGbang · 09/11/2010 17:36

awwwww, coot ickle wabbits.

:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

ethelina · 09/11/2010 17:50

How much is a Greggsful?

nickelbangBANGbang · 09/11/2010 17:53

hundreds! (how many buns dio they have in the average Greggs?)

sod, there's one opening in this town in a few days (judging by how far they've gone with it)

it's going to be awful.

we've already got a brilliant independent baker's and butcher's who both do the same kind of things greggs does.
:(

ethelina · 09/11/2010 18:11

We've got one in town and the queue always stretches out the door (right round to the 99p store next door) and it stinks. If they can deal with that many it must be hundreds. would need an industrial catapult.

CheerfulYank · 09/11/2010 18:21

I'm no fun to fight with 'cause I really don't care. But, in the spirit of things:

omnishambles · 09/11/2010 18:23

Greggs dont make good buns though so would happily lob them - am not lobbing my local bakers ones though.

omnishambles · 09/11/2010 18:24

Hmm maybe it would be better as or even

MmeLindt · 09/11/2010 19:26

I am the all seeing, all complaining MmeLindt, of course I noticed.

I am a snob and not ashamed of it.

I do like a good artisan boulangerie - DH commented that in France every bakery seems to be an Aritisan one.

GrimmaTheNome · 09/11/2010 20:40

My homemade buns are far to good to lob at any of you.

Perhaps I can chuck a Biscuit
