Had a quick squint at sp thread. Oh my.

Hullygully · 09/11/2010 14:30

Yo James, I have thrown a bit of love at that step thing. Man, them is some heated folks.

omnishambles · 09/11/2010 14:31

I'm back from the step-parents thread thoroughly worn out and with a headache - does anyone mind if I hoover up these cupcakes etc?

ShirleyKnot · 09/11/2010 14:31

Don't go there 2b2s (I think you and I had a VICIOUS row about summat sort of similar once. I blame my hormones)

omnishambles · 09/11/2010 14:32

True that Hully.

JamieLeeCurtis · 09/11/2010 14:32

Hully - have you got some kind of bat-phone accoutrement that alerts you to the mention of your name on a thread ? Grin

needtopoo · 09/11/2010 14:32

I'm grumpy enough for a bun-fight. :(

JamieLeeCurtis · 09/11/2010 14:33

, goes off to attempt Safe Steerage

Hullygully · 09/11/2010 14:33

Yes! Alfred made it for me!

Actually, I'm so popular that any thread I click on is All About Me

GrimmaTheNome · 09/11/2010 14:35

Never mind sprouts

JamieLeeCurtis · 09/11/2010 14:37

Personally. speaking for myself, I think that many an argument would be avoided if the terms

FFS
FGS

and Hmm

were used with just a little more discretion

ShirleyKnot · 09/11/2010 14:39

FFS

TheCoalitionNeedsYou · 09/11/2010 14:40

Well you could try and start one.

AIBU in thinking that if you don't send your children to private school you are a failure?

AIBU in thinking that I should pretend to believe in god to get into a faith school?

AIBU in renting a flat to get into the catchment area of a good school?

AIBU in thinking controlled crying is aces?

AIBU in thinking poor people should get more money?

AIBU in thinking rich people should pay more/less tax?

FoundWanting · 09/11/2010 14:40
Hmm

FFS

FoundWanting · 09/11/2010 14:41
Hullygully · 09/11/2010 14:41

I like ffs. Saves time. Pithy and succinct.

I hate the ordinary smiley.

And I hate it when you stand up for someone and they say Ooo I'm all grown up I can manage thanks. RUDE.

GrimmaTheNome · 09/11/2010 14:42

I blame people who write in bold.

Italics are much milder.

JamieLeeCurtis · 09/11/2010 14:43

FFS Smile

ShirleyKnot · 09/11/2010 14:43

I hate the Passive Agreesive smiley the most. Like:

I have to say that I feel sorry for your children Smile

Hullygully · 09/11/2010 14:44

It's the "no offence" of the smiley world

ethelina · 09/11/2010 14:44

FFS in bold says it all.

ethelina · 09/11/2010 14:45

FFS

BTW - Abs - you made me laugh out loud

MmeLindt · 09/11/2010 14:47

I have run out of FFS this week. I have been too generous and have already run out. I FFSaked at so many threads and newspaper articles that I am suffering from FFS fatigue.
