To feel annoyed by pregnants teenagers...

When they walk around with a tight primark style t-shirt that looks at least 2 sizes too small for them in order to wear their bump as an accessory?

And to feel even more annoyed when they wear a t-shirt that fits rolled up for the same reason!!!!

being pregnant (26 weeks) i still don't understand why this may seem appropriate.

A better question would be why is it not appropriate?

What's wrong with it?

LOL good luck with this

rubyslippers · 19/10/2010 20:06

Who cares?

I "dressed" my bump when I was pregnant

I thought I looked lovely

NothereisnobodylurkingbehindU · 19/10/2010 20:07

Well maybe they are wearing what clothes they have? NOt every pregnant mum can go and spend a fortune on mummywear and maybe they like their bumps? It's their baby's first home Grin

Summerbird73 · 19/10/2010 20:07

in this weather?? brrrrr! they will catch a chill

rubyslippers · 19/10/2010 20:07

Maybe they should walk around in smocks

I always worried about the bump getting cold Hmm

scurryfunge · 19/10/2010 20:07

Maybe they are enjoying their pregnancy.

What would you prefer them to wear?

rubyslippers · 19/10/2010 20:08

LOL @ motherfucker

discobeaver · 19/10/2010 20:08

Teenagers feel no cold. Sheer stroppiness keeps them warm.

PosieComeHereMyPreciousParker · 19/10/2010 20:09

It's better than hiding away somewhere ashamed.

Mumcentreplus · 19/10/2010 20:13

hahaha@ disco..Grin

cupcakesandbunting · 19/10/2010 20:15

It's a bit, well, common.

maristella · 19/10/2010 20:15

bumps should be celebrated Grin

go on Eleanor pleeeeease!

pointythings · 19/10/2010 20:15

Actually in the later stages of pregnancy you end up with a raised body temperature so they probably don't feel the cold.
Personally I'd rather see a bump on display than a muffin top, which is why I don't wear that type of clothing Smile

Giddyup · 19/10/2010 20:16

Are you jealous of their lovely, young (slutty [hgrin]) figures? I am... I am also enjoying wearing tight stuff at the moment while I have a huge but hard taught bump. In the next 2 weeks when the baby makes an appearence it will be baggy smocks for a few months to hide the devastation beneath [hwink}

Giddyup · 19/10/2010 20:18

agghhh- hard, taut bump. I haven't enrolled it in Kumon or owt like that !

ApocalypseCheese · 19/10/2010 20:25

Yabu Hmm

is it ok for someone of 20 or over to roll their t-shirt up and use their bump as an accessory?

laweaselmys · 19/10/2010 20:41

So basically, you don't like young mums. And think they look trashy for being proud of their bumps.

Classy.

MrsChemist · 19/10/2010 20:42

Yes once you turn 20 it's ok, but to save confusion those women who are between the ages of 20-25 must staple their birth certificates to their head.

Then they can wear whatever they wish without judgement.
