When they walk around with a tight primark style t-shirt that looks at least 2 sizes too small for them in order to wear their bump as an accessory?

And to feel even more annoyed when they wear a t-shirt that fits rolled up for the same reason!!!!

being pregnant (26 weeks) i still don't understand why this may seem appropriate.

Tight tops or dresse when pregnant - fine and fabulous, glimpses of bump when the top ride up a bit - well, who cares? But I admit I would feel a bit odd to see anyone of any age wandering around in town in autumn (or summer come to that) wearing only teeny boob tube with their entire midriff and back exposed, if this is what the OP is describing. If the tummy was wriggling I might find it even more disconcerting. And yes, I find men who take off their shirts to walk around town in the summer completely repulsive. Especially if they have a fat red belly without even the excuse of having a baby in it!
However, I have never seen a pregnant woman of any age wear an outfit like this except on the beach, when of course it is appropriate, except to reader of the Daily Mail who get the vapours at the sight of a pregnant woman in a bikini.

I doubt the OP is jealous - she's very young herself!

Mind you, I must say i have never seen anyone walk around wearing something like that.

I am insanely jealous of my nineteen year old pregnant stomach. It was usually popping out of a tight T-shirt because DF (now DH thanks Chatelain) and I had no money to buy luxuries like new clothes as we were scrimping and saving to renovate a house for us and our baby.
Now my 29 year old pregnant stomach can't take the strain of third DC and I have to wear a fugly fembrace, and even if I didn't I think the web of stretch marks would spoil the look.

well I raised jealously as an option as I can't think why the OP would be so annoyed/concerned by teenagers being teenagers & why she feels it is 'inappropriate' behaviour.

Years ago (early 90's) I went to a large outdoor concert where Jenny Morris was the support act - she was approx 7 months pregnant, playing guitar, singing & leaping around the stage in below the bump jeans and a cropped tshirt. I'd never seen a woman look anything like that before - one of the most fab and inspiring sights I had ever seen. 18 or so years later and women are free to dress like that in their 'daily' life on the streetsofyourtown if it takes their fancy. Sure it might not be to everyone's taste or style, but really what is there to be bothered about?

Yes but ...... she was dressed appropriately for a concert ....... a stroll around town in the afternoon isn't a time to wear clubbing clothes, tbh I don't see masses of teenagers round my way with their t-shirts rolled up to their bra in October. They are all looking sickenly svelte in tight tops, leggings and lovely cardigans Envy an outfit that would make me look like a badly stuffed penguin.

You should be able to wear what you like during pregnancy but it is not necessary to make what you wear be all about your pregnancy all the time. Not everyone wnats pregnancy thrust at them, and yes you can think "screw them it's their issue", but most people don't.

What we have a case of is the outfit at a concert was empowering and embracing femininity - showing that motherhood doesn't prevent you following your art/ career/ dreams.

The same outfit , during the afternoon at the cashpoint just screams LOOK AT ME I'M ALL PREGNANT I AM!!!!! and nothing more.
