She and her latest (brand) new DP have announced they?re expecting their first child in February. She has always insisted she doesn?t want children, including only two weeks ago when last I asked her. She must have been at least 3 months pregnant and lying her head off. I feel really angry that she didn?t tell me and has gone behind my back.

YABU. It is entirely her business when she chooses to announce her pregnancy. Maybe she wanted to wait a couple of months so as not to tell people and then have something go wrong. And how is it "going behind your back"? It's not your baby.

Sorry, but there is a lot to be said for waiting at least 12/13 weeks before telling people (even sisters).

After 2 mcs (which no-one else knew about) I told everyone that I didn't want any more children, that we were happy with just DD. When pregnant with DD2 I didn't tell anyone until quite late into the preg - your sister might have her reasons for not telling you. Don't be angry - be happy for her. Oh and congratulations Auntie chatty!

How has she gone behind your back? Many couples do not want to tell anyone untill they have had the 12 week scan. She didn't let on, so what, she has done nothing wrong to you.

Do you have major fertility issues of your own? If so, your anger is understandable, but so is your sister's behaviour - it's very very difficult to deal with a close relative who has fertility issues when you yourself are PG, particularly if your PG was a surprise.
Try to hold on to the thought that she is not trying to accept you and, whatever the cause of your fertility issues, your sister is not to blame and cannot do anything about them - and she is entitled to enjoy her PG.

YABU - two unreasonable sisters in MN posts today!
Many people don't tell anyone before 3 months (I didn't tell anyone at all as I was so sure something would happen and I couldn't be that lucky). I am really private and wouldn't have wanted the sympathy, pity, whatever. It is her and her partner's news to share whenever they want.
Also, if they had told you they may have had to tell others and before you know it...

I can't see why you are so angry (unless you are ttc yourself in which case I am sorry - it is horrible waiting while all around you seem to be pregnant)
