well I suppose it's not really too different from masteries on FV, or the ribbons - you know some of them take ages to do as well (if you planted the maximum number of crops a day on FV they reckon it takes 7 months to get all the mastery signs.......and obviously most people will take longer than that) - and it does at least keep interest in the game as you want to get to the next one iykwim.

With level 42 being the last level (and I'm at 32 in just a couple of weeks) I guess they needed something else to keep people interested

oh, i like the concept of masteries - it does give you something to aim for other than the end of the levels.

The bit I was about was the supposed changes to breed times - I mean, a walrus takes 5 days to breed as it is - if they started doubling up that for each of the 4 animlas you need per mastery level it would get ridiculous!

but now it seems that the breed times aren't changing - my Komodo dragon time (first one bred) has stayed the same, and on the animlas I'm on silver on, it has stayed the same too, so not sure hwat they were meaingn inthe example i quoted earlier...

I've thankfully managed to get quite a few growth formula's for feeding friends animals - so that reduces time by 25% - I'm saving them for the long breeding time ones

I have 40 different animals I can breed - still on bronze for all of them, I suppose even if it's just one WP for each mastery achieved then you could potentially end up with 120 WP's, you can buy one of the trees that you shake to get 1 WP's a day, and eventually save up enough points to get more breeding specialists.

mind you when you can breed 3 animals at once without one I'm not sure I'd bother with teh specialist - apparently they only let you breed one extra animals per specialist -

yeah, def don't think the breeding specialists are worth it - I'd rather buy more ultra rares!

i didi manage to nab a growth formula the other day - very useful - but you keep beatinng me to it!

ok - I see that they've actually reduced the breeding times for most of the amimals (except the ones that appear on the live feed) so actually a little easier in some respects.

Though still very confusing - and it does sound from the forums like there's 5 levesl for each animal

I have a found a way to send more than 20 gifts a day

once you've used your gifts from the normal zoo world gift page

you can use

You have to add the applications - but they're all genuine, and you get 20 gifts from each one

really? mine are all still showing as they were (iirc - hadn't looked at them all!)

so a sheep, eg, is still showing as 120 hours, so is a honey badger.

and yes, I had seen mention of diamond and platinum levels too...

ah well, will have to wait and see, i guess!

ok, I've re-read now, and those 2 examples are both live feed examples.

but others (komodo dragon as I mentioned earlier) are still the sae for me too.

some of the longer ones have definitely got shorter - maybe the "shorter" ones have just stayed the same?

maybe it is jsut the longer ones, but my octopus is still showing as 72hrs?

I'm sure it'll sort itself eventually!

you're breeding feed animals???? hope you've got lots of money - the upgrades on feed animals are HUGE LOL

oh no, not breeding feed animals, just that all my 120hr animals are feed animals, so haven't been shortened.

have got a couple of levels before I'll be desperate for a speckled bear...

Is anyone else playing on a Mac? There are a few oddities (I can't receive the gifts on my fb page and I can't send any from ft, fv or cl).
