yep sure is expensive. but then as you get more animals your zoo day profit goes up and you get more from treasure hunting too.

Admittedly I've got about 130 friends playing ZW - but I'm making around $15 millioin from treasure hunting now!

Actually I lie - jsut checked the Bonobo - the most expensive animal available for me to buy now is 832k!

kiosk/mainanence staff are now 166k for me!!

BTW - ask your ZW friends to send the new pear trees - you can "upgrade" them to get better trees, which you get even more money for shaking.

Had a very stressful 24hrs as had no lap top thanks to my dad getting his hands on it and buggering it up

can anyone send me insects or arachnids? am busy trying to get up to 40 species (aagh) but this is another challenge on this level and again I can't really see any

I'll have alook and see if I've got any spare, desertgirl, although I'm not sure I'll be able to gift twice in one day - the main thing is you need to build up money, and then buy more animals. the more you buy, the more become available, and the insects 9and I think the butterfly counts for this) will come along eventually.

This is quite a slow burner game, in some ways, as the higher up the levels you get, the more time it takes to complete. level 27, where I am, you have to get $4 million dollars, and for later levels you have to get up to $25million.

And eventually you will need 100 different species, etc.

I'm currently torn between buying mor animlas to count towards my 100 species (at $300,000+ each) or saving to get the $4 million... dilemma!

desert goirl, i think i'm on the same level as you, i have to get 40 animals ARGGH!!!
did you know if you go to the shop you can select the type of animal you see, its in the tab under where you click to change to kisoks and support etc

how do you trade animals?

addicted, you can gift animals by going to the send gift tag across the top.

some animals are unlimited (ie Free) and you can send those no problem. Others are limited, and sending one of those means taking one out of your zoo to send, iyswim?

you can also gift pear trees now, which give more money when shaken.

the pear trees can be upgraded to other trees which (3 pear to get the next upgrade) - which you get more money for.

Just so you know - my "high money" trees (ie the ones that are going to be worth shaking) or on my last island.

addicted, I know, it says 'no insects available to you yet'.

Ah well it couldn't have carried on at this manic rate for long!

I don't mind really! what are your unlimited animals (everyone has different ones, as you start out with different animals, and they are released to you in a different order, i think!)

What happens with the barn raising on FV? I had 10 of 10 to expand, and now it appears to have gone back to the beginning without getting any bigger, all those lovely people stopped by for nothing

I've had it happen once or twice KickKnack, but it usually sorted itself out within an hour or so. No problems with it at the moment, though. I'll go and have a look to see if I can help raise your barn if no one else has done so in the meantime, though I'm pretty sure I've helped you once already today.

Ah OK, thanks desertgirl - I just tried and got a message saying I'd already helped today.

I'm trying to expand the storage in my tool shed and got up to 7 (first stage) fairly quickly, but it's now been saying "Progress: 0 of 10" for a while. I can't remember asking friends to help for the second expansion, but I've only got the option to give up or buy the expansion, and I'm not sure I'll be able to try for the expansion again if I give up now.

And I STILL can't fertilise or feed chickens for more than about 5 minutes a day.
