I can forgive the 3 year old in a buggy, as I am guilty as charged. But the rest

DS is still addicted to bottles (trying to break it, but it is so easy to pacify him like that ), he is still in the pushchair lots - a runner and I am just plain tired atm.

I don't smoke though.

kittywise · 19/05/2009 12:42

What's wrong with it ? Oh nothing

shavenhaven · 19/05/2009 12:43

my eldest dd had a bottle at night time until she was 4 but i did draw the line at going out in public with one

At least it wasn't a bacardi breezer.

At least it wasn't a spliff

Flamesparrow · 19/05/2009 12:46

The most I will accept is in the car with the bottle tbh.

He keeps asking for it during the day lately too. He refused lunch today because I said no bottle . I know I have to get on top of it before the baby, but it is just so hard, and everything seems insurmountable atm as it is .

poopscoop · 19/05/2009 12:48

I would not have a problem with the first 2 in any case. There could be a number of reasons why he was in the pushchair at 3. Maybe they walk into town from a long way away. Maybe he has a problem and cannot walk far.

The bottle thing - there could be reasons why he still has one of those too. Maybe he is poorly. Maybe he has it as a comforter more than anything, and have you ever seen an adult with a baby bottle in his mouth? No, so they all grow out of it.

The smoking - well that is her lifestyle choice. I smoke too, so could never judge on that.

shavenhaven · 19/05/2009 12:49

lets all judge poopscoop for knowing the diffrence between a boy and a girl

OP posts:
pagwatch · 19/05/2009 12:51

at poop

If 'he' is indeed a 'he' then being in a buggy and having a bottle are the least of his problems. Being called Bluebell and dressed head to toe in pink including tights is probably higher on his list.....

shavenhaven · 19/05/2009 12:51

we were lucky that when we gave up the bottle it was xmas, so we left it out for santa to take to another little girl who needed it mopre than dd.

OP posts:
poopscoop · 19/05/2009 12:52

where does it say boy or girl?

WinkyWinkola · 19/05/2009 12:53

I really don't like Geri Halliwell. So judge on!

poopscoop · 19/05/2009 12:53

laugh! Just seen the second post with the link!

ninedragons · 19/05/2009 12:55

Second paragraph, "daughter Bluebell"

You could add

  1. Made-up name
smallorange · 19/05/2009 12:55

All I can say is... you can take the girl out of Watford.....
