Jade to marry Jack. Is is awful of me to wonder......

if he's just doing this so he'll be entitled to her money after her death? Could her little boys lose out?

I would have thought that she wants to make him her next of kin so that he can deal with all the future arrangements regarding her treatment etc.

It's an awful situation all round and I am sure that Jade has organised funds for her sons' future.
I think they can both/all be allowed some happiness at this time

Isnt she doing it so that she can sell the story and pictures to make money for her children?
I imagine if she has done that she will make sure that is what the money is used for.

I was thinking he was after her money. I hope that Max Clifford & her various lawyers will keep that to a minimum. Sorry, I'm very suspicious .

I do hope they have a fantastic wedding though, I think Elton John will ensure that .

tbh I have no idea what else he's done in the past as I do not partake of the kind of trashy mags that publish this kind of information.

But even if he's beaten up a sixteen year old, he has presumably served his sentence for that?

he has recently been released from prison

there have been reported infidelities in the past too

but it is clear to me that Jade loves him and wants him in the remainder of her life

I hope he makes her happy, she only has a short time left, so I really hope she is happy.
(I think he is a waste of space though)

I take it that he is not the fqather of her children.

Perhaps she thinks that by marrying him it will make his getting guardianship easier or something.

I'm fairly certain that she will have legal advisors dotting the is and crossing the ts.

they have a dad, so I hardly think jack the pratt will have any rights to the little Lads.
Maybe she just wants something nice to think about.

No, I think Jeff Brazier, who is their father, will get guardianship AFAIK.
God, this is what comes of going back to work. When I was on ML I didn't have access to the bloody magazines!

The magazines are covering the story and making £££ from the sales. You can't tell me max clifford is giving his services for free and so it goes on...

I would imagine she has some pretty good lawyers. She's made no secret of the fact she's trying to make sure her kids are financially sorted for life, I can't imagine there wouldn't be a team of top lawyers overseeing everything.

At this stage in her illness, I think a wedding is simply a perfect excuse for a party - some pampering, some nice photos, family time, memory-making and dream-fulfilling. I don't think anyone would begrudge her that. It needn't even be legally binding.

According to teletext Jade and Jack are to marry on Sunday.

Whatever either of them have done which hasn't been the best idea, she is dying, she wants to marry him and 2 small boys are going to lose their Mum. That is what is important imo.

ok hes a bad sort in ways but none of us are perfect

i hope the little boys go and live with their dad and are happy one day

they are going to lose their mum, you may not like her but she is their mum and they love her

hmmm, he didn't just beat up a 16 yr old thogh,m he beat him up with a golf club
and was in prison for a ridiculously short period of time for it too
he is tagged, but allowed to feature in celeb magazines in his celeb wedding
i feel for the family of the boy beaten up to be homest, what must they think everytime they see his smiling face in the papers

I've been worrying about the boys. It's good they are going to go to their father. If the wedding makes Jade happy then that's all there is to it, whatever we may think of him

you can't legally write your spouse out of your will though can you? they were entitled to a share when i was studying equity. i think 2/3 if it was intestate or could elect to take 1/2 if there was a will regardless of what the will stipulated but it's been a long time since i studied it so clarification would be appreciated.
