I had to speak to BIL yesterday about sorting her flight home. He is more of a control freak than I thought. He booked her flight out and she had to contact him from here, to book her return flight back. She asked me to call him to speak to him about the flights as I will have to take her to the airport, so wanted to check the times were OK! She was in the room with me. Luckily the phone went quite and I slammed it down and said we'd got cut off. He then booked it and sent an email with the booking to her email account, which didn't work, so I've had to email him to tell him the weblink (booking ref) hasn't work. I find any communication with him hard.
Why she can't book her own flight, from here, I have no idea! I best not ask as I know she will snap my head off.
She actually said to my mum, "it's nice that "replace git face with BIL name here" lets me visit you.
WTF, like she needs his permission to visit us, her family. His mum and dad live out there. We don't.
DH worked for about 15 hours yesterday in the office. He came out to eat and then went back. I don't blame him, we all are getting fed up with how "replace git face with BIL name here" great he is.
It's my sis's b'day while she is here, so the plan is to get that over with and enjoy our family time here and then we can all breath again after she has left at the weekend.
