Hello everyone!

We have snow!!!!

Real thick proper snow, it's wonderful and magical and very, very unusual for us.

Being by the sea it never snows and certainly never sticks, but for most of the day the wintery white flakes have been falling and now we have a wonderland.

Wotz - I will think of places but my head's a bit cabbaged atm.

You're doing a grand job of putting your sister's, nephews, mother's and dds' feelings above your own, and so is your dh.

You're both obviously very emotionally mature, lovely people.

Sparkles, hope all's well wid ye.

Blokey, sure Ireland isn't part of the British Isles.. despite what they tell you

CC - hope you is well too.

M....I don't know what to say, but you know I'm thinking of you and dd and the girls.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 18:03

Risising?

I'm not drunk...hionest

wotzy · 02/02/2009 18:13

Tnog. Yes I try to be grown up. It's very hard when I want to be childish and call him names.

Nice flag FWIW

Snowing here much more now, had a lovely walk in the nmso.....with dd2.

Don't worry Tnog, I just like looking at BnBs in Co. Wick. I found a nice one in Avoca on the goireland.com website.

thanky all for lot, just being you lot.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 18:24

You see, I admire that in you, Wotzy.

I'm not at all mature, I try to keep a lid on things and then just think, Ah, feck it.. and blow a fuse.

B&B's in Avoca you say?

Very good, very near me.dumdedumdumdum

wotzy · 02/02/2009 18:27

yes it was on www.tnoganddunkeydotnet

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 18:28

wotzy · 02/02/2009 18:30

Dh is cooking it smells fantastic.

I must get off pc- I keep clicking "empty cache" in the browser and making sure I log off. I take comfort in knowing you all lurk and are around in VL.

wotzy · 02/02/2009 18:33

Hi cinders, you OK? Hope so.

Sorry but I have to check the baked spuds, that's my department. Back soon, if no time later, I'll lurk.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 18:34

I think regarding the holiday, if you're staying in and around Dublin maybe look at Ballsbridge area, which is a stones throw from the city centre.

Remember as well, that if you stay in the Dublin area the coast is very nearby.

Dalkey is lovely, Killiney, Malahide..erm...there are loads of beautiful beaches here..Brittas Bay and Donnabate and.. literally the list goes on and on.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 18:35

I have to go too

it is a comfort to know you can vent you're aul spleen on here if you want to.

CC, did dh ever have that word with mil?

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 18:38

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 18:52

it is very hard to convey the way I feel with out washing all my dirty washing

dh is as annoying as ever

and mil is blanking me
maybe not a bad thing at the mo

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 18:53

ps

if A Neighbours dog had broken a fence

WHo should fix it

just wondering

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 18:54

pps

And my dd was meant to be coming to england today

TIs cancelled

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 19:00

If it was my dog and your fence, I'd offer to pay.

Doesn't always work like that though does it?

Jumping subjects is a good idea, I do it all the time.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 19:04

Infact, thinking about it, iwouldn't offer I'd be very embarrassed and apologetic and tell you to get someone to fix fence and give me the bill.

And then I'd send the dog home to bed and tell it how naughty it was and that if he didn't start to behave he'd have to move out.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 19:05

sorry I'm literally typing with one finger and trying to put a sock on at the same time

very tricky
hence typos

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 19:11

have you socked up now

our fence

and

wait for miL dog

who may have made our dog pregnant

she has been to the dog doctor today with dh

our dog that is not MiL

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 19:13

ps

figure out how to put smileys on with this mini puter

anyone know how to stoplife

when It turns into a fast spining carousel

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 19:15

[chuckles]

< straightens face >

Not good..especially the intercourse between the pooches.

I think you should suggest daggers at dawn with mil.

That would sort it..she's old, her are reflexes slow, you'd win, CC.

CindersIsOnACarousel · 02/02/2009 19:16

must figure out

slaps self

only tiredness to blame

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 19:16

her are, when translated comes out as...her reflexes are slow.

Ah CC, I'd swap my life for yours at the minute.

Tn0g · 02/02/2009 19:17

and stop slapping yourself

you're grand.
