Choosyfloosy - Mike Oldfield used to live next door to DH's parents (with a view of Hergest Ridge) and they shared a party line phone. When we were at university we used to have really long phone calls during the holidays and every so often we'd hear a very hesitant cough and one of us woud say 'Would you like to use the phone Mr Oldfield' & he'd sort of stutter 'Oh,well, no, it's OK, um yes...' He was very shy
