Poppy Wotzy Sparkles

I'm now a fairy Godmother I'll have you know.

wotz how did all those numbers come up,i have anoticed there is another poster on mn and she is always posting like that and i have often wondered how it happens !

it was a short key command for a nice symbol

but it didn't work.

≈ that is a nice little sqiggle on my mac keyboard by pressing alt and x at the same time.
√ that is a tick on my mac keyboard by pressing alt and v at the same time.

I forget the alt keys don't work on MN.

too technical for me wotz My brother has a mac,he swears by them.

Went to the garden centre today and bought a huge pumpkin and a mini one for G's room, which we'll carve sometime during the week.

Hallowe'en is big over here and G will go trick or treating with some of his friends who live in the nearby town.This year he's dressing up as a vampire.

Hung up some homemade paper spiders, bats and pumpkins, a tin skeleton that I had as a child and some pumpkin fairy lights.

My mother is coming over tomorrow and is planning to stay for a couple of days to help out with G, as dh and I will be teaching next week until thursday afternoon,

and that's it, my weekend.

Not terribly thrilling, and the weather has turned, not so mellow anymore more wild and squally.

The plane crash was in a different part of the county, was awful wasn't it.

we also got something for halloween today for all the children that come knockin on our door.We got a bucket filled with assorted sweets and lollies,they just help themselves !

yes its terrible for all the dead and their families.wasnt it 4 that have died.

i will of course be wearing my witches clothes !!! and i always have my broomstick at the ready !!

Do you get lots of callers?

We don't now but when we lived in Dublin we used to get a fair few, would be hysterical seeing all these little dumpy ghosts and witches standing with their bags and buckets, lisping, 'Trick or Treat'

yes we do , think they all tell their friends to come round here after they themselves have been here !!! we also have quite big groups of them, sometimes we get some smaller ones whose parents bring them round here each year.

I think 4 dead.Just happened to catch the tail end of the news on the radio earlier, very tragic.

i wasnt really listening in the beginnng ,it was when i heard co wicklow my ears pricked up !

Co.Wicklow is quite big, north and south.

Think it happened near Hollywood which would be a fair step from us.
