That Countdown Timer is a bit depressing. I'm so hoping that the midterms will be the final nail for him health wise and politically and the Republicans will finally be persuaded to ditch him.

I've seen online speculation guessing that he's throwing a hissy fit because Obama is so obviously Presidential compared to him and his narcissistic, vindictive, word salads. It has to be said, Obama is playing a blinder in irritating Trump in all the right ways. And not a tan suit in sight.

It seems to me that since that clip was first shown, some of Fox News's staff have been showing some disdain for the Orange one and might even be turning against him (heaven forfend). Probably too little, too late, though.

The judge is spot on

After brief huddle, the Asst. Atty General regathers and tells judge:

"The course is not currently scheduled to close on Nov. 15"

There's "a notice of an intent to close."

"We would never violate the court's order"

Some highlights:

Judge Reyes asks Justice Dept for an estimate of entire price of golf course renovation
Trump Admin attorney: There is no estimate. "Why would you assume that?" Reyes: If we're going to use taxpayer money, I assumed we'd have some idea of what it'd cost
