TBF there are also lots of other reasons for autoimmunity like a genetic susceptibility, viruses etc. There is lots of autoimmunity on my family and no tattoos.

I ‘ took’ my dh’s surname as it was far better than my old surname and just what people did back then. Amongst people I knew anyway!

Thanks! Unfortunately, there are so many things nowadays that I believe are contributing to the rise in disease. Tattoos are just one of those factors, but they're something we have control over and can choose to avoid. I hope more people will start to consider not getting them.

I never understood the giving fizzy drinks to your kids but in my family (well my husband’s side) I’m the crazy one. My SIL has given her kids a Diet Coke since they are at least 8 and she finds it insane that my kids have never had fizzy drinks. They are now 13, 11 and 10. My 13 year old has now tried a fizzy drink (at school) and he doesn’t like it 😂
