Thinking of all the victims of the 07 October attacks (and their families and friends).

And the Jewish community everywhere.

Doron is my favourite.

Me too! He looks so serious most of the time (for good reason) but then has a sweet smile.

Same. He’s fantastic. I’ve seen a bit from him on IG and he’s brilliant.

Sadly some of the actors have died since.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 08/10/2026 10:58

They couldn't even leave them alone at their vigil in New York and Mamdani is now in hot water with the leftists.

Who has died? I also like Gabi and that’s also my son's name.

A shameful occurrence yesterday. Masked activists went to the office of the British Board of Jewish Deputies in Camden and stood outside shouting "baby killers." Luckily swiftly arrested by police.

I saw a vile young man, wearing the obligatory keffiyah on camera yesterday. Jewish were there driving through with the van with the murdered Jewish faces on it. He shouted baby killers at them as they were driving. Now this deliberately emotive line is meant to make the other 'side' instantly feel like shit, down arms and concede. Not a single care or thought that it's his own toxic, bullying behaviour that needs a review. He's jumped on to this trendy bandwagon because he's one of many who has no purpose, self esteem and sense of belonging. He therefore has found a place where he can feel oh so moral and important. Instead, he ends up looking like the obnoxious little cunt who will be remembered for supporting, the very same he's meant to be repulsed by.

Agreed OP.
I can't think of another atrocity which has been so overlooked, doubted and excused.
Unbelievable horror.

Fully agree with this.
I detest all violence and war, but this must never be underestimated or diminished from our memory & history teaching, the fact this happened virtually live on tv as the world watched in modern times is truly terrifying.
The horror of this will never leave my mind.

How has it been overlooked? Every time somebody says anything about Palestine the response is 'but look at what Hamas did at the music festival'
As if the idf committed zero atrocities before or after this.

We can remember & mourn on this thread surely?

No need to get so touchy. Just saying the truth. It definitely hasn't been overlooked or forgotten.

But how do you feel about the fact that even on the anniversary of those barbaric attacks people still demonstrate?

Is that ok?

OP posts:
LuckyHazelFox · 08/10/2026 11:52

@hellomylov3 It's as if Israel hadn't been subjected to rocket and mortar attacks before 7/10. If you're going to insult an anniversary thread, at least try coming armed with facts. It's not really a classy thing to do in the first place though.

You're literally on a thread dedicated to discussing that particular atrocity, trying to take up some of the space discussing something else. You're Doing It Yourself Now.

Careful love, your mask slipped. You're meant to at least pretend you think the 7th October massacre was bad, did nobody tell you? Probably best to work on that first before electing yourself spokesperson for the rest of the world.

I'm always surprised some people don't think more pragmatically about whether discussion of Palestinian civilians on 7th October specifically is going to benefit their cause. Because there are some things Palestinian civilians did that day that are, erm, not entirely sympathetic. The more sensible amongst the pro Palestinian contingent recognise that.

EasternStandard · 08/10/2026 12:14

I just saw the images of beautiful women and girls young and old who were the victims of terror. I’m so sad for them and their families.

Men, teen boys and boys too, but just seeing young girls, young teens and older women just struck me.

Try not starting a war then. It was an opportunity for Hamas to gain supporters in the West and they have certainly succeeded in that.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 08/10/2026 12:21

Funny that so called Western feminists could be so dismissive of rape victims and pretend it never happened.

This is pretty horrible but I’m guessing that’s your intention.

This is worth watching. Hard, though.

I disagree, vehemently. I just repeat/please ask that you permit those of us who want and need to mark this horrific event in peace.

Yes, I watched it.

Everyone should see it, especially the apologists.

I'm sure you were just about to offer your condolences to the thread, but that part slipped your mind. I'm sure you didn't mean to dismiss all the tragic and horrifying deaths on that day, on a thread intended to memorialise it.
Right?

Edited to add - I see the mask slipped straight after, so I'm guessing those condolences would never have been forthcoming.
