A chat thread for those who don't like this Labour government. 💙

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

How lovely. That's the one that the met is being reported as "powerless" to stop, even though the police could section 34 the entire Gosport?
Right, right.

But they arrested people for wearing a mask at Gosport didn't they?

Surely they'll do exactly the same in London tomorrow.

No?

Oh wait, it's only Jewish Londoners being intimidated, not poor innocent illegal immigrants. So nothing to see here then.

Here is Kemi showing off her knowledge about Britannia's Iron Knickers or whatever it's called

BlueSky, is that for the Burnham thread?

Not really much of a gotcha. It’s a system not a single simple item. It’s an old trick to make politicians look silly by drilling into more and more detail.

She is doing a very good job of making herself look very silly all by herself. Hardly tough questions. Cringe.

Indeed. Is the other thread a bit quiet.

Oh come on. It's undeniable that she hasn't got a clue about this. But I suppose there is nothing to see here on this thread. The bias is staggering. If that were Burnham he would be ridiculed for about three pages on repeat. So funny.

Yes there is. Why don't you go post the clip there as you suggested? Isn't she supposed to have an engineering degree? FFS

Obviously there’s no need as I’m not on that thread, it’s for people who back Burnham.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 06/10/2026 17:28

Mate, this is desperate.

DenizenOfAisleOfShame · 06/10/2026 17:30

It is a bit telling that we get these attacks on Badenoch soon after Burnham embarrasses himself about Manchester City’s dodgy dealings and backtracks furiously when it’s pointed out to him that he’s opened a can of worms.

You’d think the alpha minds (🤭) of the MN left could do better by way of a distraction from how inept the government and Prime Minister are.

How is it an attack on Badenoch. It's merely a link to a clip. She is the one making herself sound ridiculous. Proves all front and no substance.

Not a Tory myself but you do understand their are definitely types of engineering degrees. Also most people are not walking encyclopedia of all knowledge that they can pull put of thin air on the spot. She is very human with regular general public opinions on things which is why I believe she has become more popular than the actual Tory party.

(Didn't actually watch video as rarely do with pop up spam posters so am only commenting on poster's bitchy comments)

Well, if you didn't watch the video then you are not really in a position to pass comment, are you? An engineering degree usually requires a modicum of logic. Clearly not in this cases.

strawberrybubblegum · 06/10/2026 17:36

Shall we each go back to our own threads now children?

I'm sure there's plenty over on the Burnham thread for you to play with.

Lazy assumption as per normal.

I like Badenoch. I have every intention of voting Conservative.

What you don't back him? You do surprise me.

I mean what isn't to love about the used car salesman / union rep persona and the nostalgic emotional speeches of a time that those of us who were there and old enough to remember clearly can't actually recognise.

Haha yep that’s about right. I can’t even listen to him so at least he’s out of my purview 😬

NancyThompson · 06/10/2026 17:43

Let's all ignore the bad-faith poster.

Would you be voting for her or the Party? Leaders come and go as the Tories evidenced before they lost the election
