Im sure they'll be lots of judgement on here as always but here we go

I really wish I hadn't married my 1st husband. He was a loser and still is.
I find 99% of kids so dull

Marrying for love is stupid and will find you divorced and raising your kids alone and poor; much better to marry for money.

Or marry for love, don’t have kids & make your own money?!

When i walk down stairs i pretend im Alice in wonderland falling down the rabbit hole, dress flared out and everything!
When i look in a mirror i sometimes hold my lips apart so i can see both sets of teeth and pretend im just a talking skeleton

@SpunkyKoala

Have you ever heard the Chloe Cole podcast? Dr Soh I think. It talks about what type of bodies are being created for others to benefit from.
This was a turning point for me. I'd been blindsided by trying to be kind to my transman daughter.
I fought back. It's been eight years of hell.

Men in dresses are not women. If they feel they don't want a penis have the surgery like all the girls that have been encouraged to take away their ability to have children and had healthy breast tissue removed. For whom? Because I can tell you is a fucking lonely life. It ruins families, education and relationships.

I love my daughter and I'm so glad she's changed her mind.

I haven’t but I will find that - I do love a podcast

SpunkyKoala · 11/08/2026 21:20

Not being able to accept the fact of your own genetic identity is a mental health illness.

That all this trans shit is just shit.

it started as a kink for cross dressing many years ago and has evolved as times gone on.

fucking men thinking that their lifestyle kinks are more important than the safety of women and girls should be locked in a public loo with a group of big burly men and frightened to death to show them how it feels to be intimidated using your own sec toilets.

that out young generation have got a real shit show for the next god knows how long and it’s just going to get tougher for them.
can’t say this out loud as I spend my life positively reinforcing life choices to my three dc so as not to worry them ffs 🤦

I actually really dislike my one and only sibling g because she is an absolute spoilt enabled brat even now at over 50 years old.
she treats my parents like absolute cunts but still gets her own way.
I had a rough teenage hood because of her fucking awful behaviour and my parents were a lot harder and a lot less helpful to me because of her. She’s a bitch and a nasty piece of work.
once both my parents are no longer get here I will be cutting ties and never speak g to the bitch again

worldshottestmom · 11/08/2026 21:23

I really hate talking to almost every other parent that I've met. I just feel a constant mental stopwatch, waiting for it to end.

Some days I really wish I was free. Not because I don't love my kids but because being a single parent with literally no support, not even a childminder, is so fucking awful sometimes. It's mentally draining and taxing on the soul, on those bad days (today).

I hate that when I like someone, I become consumed by them, even if they're not interested in me.

I wear a type of prosthetic that nobody knows about, other than my family. I find it so embarrassing, especially at my age.

I always want to be there for people and offer help, but due to trauma and ADHD find it really hard to be there to help when they want me as I can physically only talk about things when I'm ready to. I have 2 unopened DMs on here from weeks ago that I can't quite find the strength to reply to because I'm just not in the right cycle of mental state yet. The guilt is horrible and it makes me angry at myself.

My favourite hobby when I was 9 was buying whole fish from Tesco and dissecting them in my back garden.

Ppppoppy · 11/08/2026 20:57

When people are religious, or have views that clearly stem from religious teaching (pretty much any and all ) my honest first thought is 'how the fuck do you believe that stuff'. I know how that sounds and I bite my tongue constantly because I'll get called judgemental or disrespectful, but that's genuinely what goes through my head.
What actually gets me is how much power it's been handed. It's shaped laws, education, healthcare, whole countries, basically unchallenged, for centuries.
And I don't think it does more good than harm. Not societally, not even close, and not on an individual level either half the time. It controls people. Most don't even clock how much it's dictated what they're "allowed" to want or feel or question, that's not comfort that's a cage with nicer curtains. It was made by people to control other people, and it's done that job brilliantly.
It's not just the big stuff either, the wars, the cover ups, the abuse, how it treats women and gay people. It's the small stuff. The guilt. The shame around your own body. Kids being taught they're born "sinners" before they're even old enough to question any of it.
It's not just institutions that get me either. It genuinely baffles me that so many people believe this stuff. Not nasty about anyone specific, I just can't compute that level of certainty with that little proof.
And some things should never get a pass because it's "faith". No one should be able to refuse a child medical treatment on religious grounds. No one should keep kids from a proper education because it clashes with scripture. No one should be marrying kids off, cutting kids, or telling them who they might love one day is sinful, in the name of God (insert chosen flavour).
And if you say any of this, you're the disrespectful one. That's the genius of it, it's built itself a shield where criticising it is treated as worse than the actual harm it does.
Not saying force anyone out of it. I just think we'd be better off without it (not that I think that’s possible now it’s here ) and I'm done pretending I think it's harmless.

Edited

Agree, I say this out loud though. The reason most (not all) believe what they do is because of childhood indoctrination unfortunately.

BebbanburgIsMine · 11/08/2026 21:17

Absolutely!

I’ll throw a party the day mine dies too, everyone invited because they know what’s she been all these years. Horrible, evil old cow. My father died a few years ago, and while never as obviously horrible as she is, turned a blind eye to far too much, so I’ve never mourned him either, neither do I miss him.

I don’t drink but I will on that day! And raise a glass for you too

Thank you-ill raise a glass for you as well when the (happy) day arrives

I've done all my mourning for the pair of them years ago

I'll be there for my adult dc (who will be upset) but on the inside, ill be bloody celebrating

I've told dp that when the day arrives, ill be getting so hammered,he'll be carrying me home

When my darling mother in law goes, the lights on earth will dim

She's a very special lady and the complete opposite of my mother-the main one is she knows how to be a mother and has taken me in and taught me how to love

Rycbar · 11/08/2026 21:28

That’s I’m not actually ‘happy for them but sad for myself’ when people announce pregnancies. I’m not happy for them at all even though I know how awful that is.

DidYeAye16 · 11/08/2026 21:29

That even though it was utterly heartbreaking when mine and dhs parents all died in quick succession before we were both 40, it feels a bit of a weight off my shoulders that wev already done the caring for parents in ill health and won't need to do it when we are older.

notevernowjustthepast · 11/08/2026 21:29

That when I was a child and teen I used to be awful to animals.

Started around age 3/4 pulling legs off insects. I was taught how to use a magnifying glass to burn ants at about age 6, just blindly followed the bad example and it was seen as a fun game. Encouraged to help with catching mice when necessary (the cat would bring them in) and ‘disposing’ of them at about age 10/11.
Dm had a boyfriend who got her a kitten when I was 12 and she gave it more attention than me so at 12/13/14 I’d regularly at any chance I got be unkind to it.

I stopped at 15 because I recognised it was wrong but I had to really fight the urge for another year or so. Went to therapy about it as I was worried I had conduct disorder! Turned out it was ptsd and parenting issues and emotional neglect.

I have a dog and 2 cats now so I got over it but I never mention it to anyone .

It is an utter load of bollocks.

The middle aged dudes who transition are pornsick autogynephiles.

Kids and teens who get caught up in it have different motivations and are collateral damage for a movement that seeks to erode women and children's boundaries.

Who does it benefit to prevent children reaching sexual maturity?

Who does it benefit to insist that children know their own minds and should have full bodily autonomy?

I feel desperately sorry for young men and women who, typically n their mid-late 20s, wake up and desist and realise they have been medicalised and / had operations that have irrevocably harmed their one perfect body. It's heartbreaking.

I agree with this and I'll go one further. I think people who are properly religious in the age of reason often have some sort of arrested development or emotional issues.

This might sound really harsh but all the serious Christians I've ever known well (or at least those in affluent western environments) have been serious control freaks: people who have an absurd need to control their environment in some way and can't function when things don't go exactly to timetable, to the point of public meltdown.

It's probably slightly different if you live in an environment where there is high child mortality or where people are very poorly educated but I think believing in this sort of gobbledygook when you are a degree educated scientist or a senior manager is a sign of something having gone quite wrong somewhere.

MadMAGA · 11/08/2026 21:36

I would quite happily chuck 70% of what's in the house. I could cry when people who love me insist on buying me things I have to find room for in the house. I declutter and then it gets full of stuff again. It's so depressing.

Well I like you @the80sweregreatand I don’t like that many people either 😆
