So excited! In a world where almost every soft drink you can buy is poisoned with artificial sweeteners, I've found a really nice one which isn't and just had to share.

Get yourself down to M&S and buy their lemonade in a 1 litre bottle. It is labelled "no artificial sweeteners". It is also not toooooo sweet - absolutely perfect and makes a nice change for me from original coca cola and Rocks cordials.

Am v happy Grin

Thanks for that. I haven't been able to find any lemonade without sweetners.

Myfridgeiscool · 09/08/2026 17:36

Hooray.
So many drinks have sweetener in, I’m sick of drinking sparkling water.

Ohwhatfuckeryitistoride · 09/08/2026 18:02

Been buying this for years on the back of a mn thread. Shame they started spoiling their high juice squash.

Sweeteners are disgusting, so many brands have been ruined with them. M&S have some nice canned drinks called something like ‘juicee’ as well.

Try hullabaloos, they are still presses, all natural

ClaredeBear · 09/08/2026 18:10

Thank you.

Dalston’s are lovely too. Along with Cawston Press, Karma and Fever Tree.

Bjorkdidit · 09/08/2026 18:24

If you want tonic water and don't want to pay Fever Tree prices, Waitrose own brand in cans is best. I find the plastic and glass bottled ones aren't fizzy enough.

BabooshkaHaHa · 09/08/2026 18:25

I like having a a few splashes of a pure juice—eg orange, cranberry with fizzy water. Always refreshing.

Cannesdo · 09/08/2026 18:27

Does anyone know of a chewing gum that doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners and is fairly widely available please ?

hellospring26 · 09/08/2026 19:45

I make a few litres of Indian lime soda each morning. So easy. So refreshing.

ThaneOfGlamis · 09/08/2026 20:04

I've recently got into water kefir. It's definitely an acquired taste as all the sugar is fermented off. But it's a more grown up tasting drink, like a wine or similar.

Elieza · 09/08/2026 20:05

oh great thanks op.

can anyone remind me what brands of supermarket cranberry juice is ok, all the ocean sprays etc have sweeteners. thanks

Is it fizzy or still lemonade (not a fan of fizz) which aisle is it in? Fridge or shelves, going to m&s tomorrow!

I love this too - v easy to make, and I add the ginger shots or a small amount of fresh juice for the 2nd ferment. Makes it even more fizzy with a lovely not too sweet flavour

M&S pressed cranberry juice drink in the chilled juice cartons section doesn't have any sweeteners in it, it's disappeared from my local small M&S foodhall but it's still on Ocado so I presume it's still available in bigger stores. Be careful, there is also one with no added sugar in blue writing on the front and that contains sucralose.

I like the Bottle Green cordial - you can get plain Elderflower or Pomegranate & Elderflower, neither of which has artificial sweeteners. I make it up with sparkling water and drink it from a wine glass.

Sainsbury’s high juice still has sugar in it!

BranClaps · 09/08/2026 22:02

Can you find me any cranberry juice without sweetners? I’ve tried Waitrose and a Tescos so far.

Their line and mint is wonderful!

Belvoir Rhubarb and Apple is another favour

Latenightreader · 09/08/2026 22:06

This thread is highly frustrating - I was in an M&S foodhall earlier today for the first time in months!

I've been buying the cans of Fevertree lemonade. I've only found it in Sainsburys and on Eurostar!

Recommend Fix8 brand 👌 Their Kombucha is lush too

@Ohwhatfuckeryitistoride they still do the orange hi juice squash without sweeteners, just the rest they have ruined🤬
Rocks squashes are just sweetened with sugar, Roses lime cordial and pelligrino classic drinks if want fizzy. I can't stand any artificial sweeteners even the ones they label as natural like stevia & sucralose are disgusting and don't agree with me😖
