4:45am club, who's up?

So its 4:45am a day I'm awake have been the last hour. The reasoning intense all over itchy body. I have a blood test later today to find out what's causing it.

So why are you awake.

Ahh that sucks. I hate nights like that.

Last night was the first night in a week I actually managed a half decent night sleep

I was up at 4.35.
Leaving for work shortly, will be finished by 12.30, quick change on my last visit and then me and the dog are going to a village fete where we will be helping out with the hedgehog rescue team I volunteer with.
It's quite cool here now, but expecting 32°later

My father in law with dementia/delirium called my husband up to ask why he’s not there as he said he’d pop down on Saturday.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. Its not easy looking after someone with dementia
