I'd love to think he will say that he's resigning and disappearing to the sunlit uplands, but I bet he isn't. It will be some announcement about how he is going to sue the Sunday Times or the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner or his own constituency or some bloody bollocks like that!!!!!

Thing is, whatever he does, even if he has to serve some time for breaking electoral rules (not sure if that's civic or criminal law TBH), he has a lucrative future on the US right-wing grift circuit, making up whatever crap he likes about the UK because it's not like the audience there will fact check anything.

He's not going to serve time. The problem with being in opposition is that you can't just vote away referrals to the standards committee like Starmer did.
