Do you feel sorry for Katie Price?

I know that she’s done some terrible things, but I can’t help but feel bad for Katie Price. Yes, I feel bad for her kids, pets, and family first and foremost, but sympathy is not a finite resource as I feel sad for her too.

In the noughties, she had the world at her feet. She made a success of herself out of no skills or qualifications. For a time, the public seemed to like her.

Seeing how far she’s fallen is tragic. With the right man or better friends, things could have turned out quite different I think?

No I'd think she had something wrong going on either current mental health or past trauma. People don't exist in a vacuum and choices are usually due to others treating them in a damaging way.

The people around her have conflicting agendas. Some of them are clinging to her coat-tails in a bid for money and fame and a few have probably tried to persuade her to make better decisions. She flatly ignores them as she proudly boasts that she does exactly what she wants and answers to no one. She quite simply does not give a shit how her actions impact on those around her, be that her sick mother or her children.

but do think it’s a shame watched a program on her years ago she had a good ( or appeared to ) business head on her

It doesn't really work like that. To get help you need to have insight and a lot of courage to take the first step. You have to be committed to finding the right therapist, have the emotional energy to process past trauma etc etc

No. There are lots of people with mental illness ans PTSD that are nice law abiding people.

No; more likely that she had good people around her, making those decisions for her. She’s since fallen out with them all and, quelle surprise, a double bankruptcy and owes numerous people a LOT of money.
Having zero morals helps, too. If you admire the way she’s currently
making money with this Lee Andrews fiasco, then crack on. That’s not to mention some of the even more dubious enterprises she’s on film as having undertaken.

Yes. She has stated that she has ADHD. Personally, I think she has autism too.

I have ADHD and it doesn't surprise me to hear that she has. Aside from this, her legs are frighteningly thin now compared to her knees. I don't foresee a good outcome for her.

Many years ago when she was just starting out as Jordan she appeared in a tv show of vaguely ‘famous’ people where they pitched up and did a job ‘undercover’ to see if they could get away with doing it without being recognised. As she was known for her chest rather than her shit shovelling skills she managed to successfully spend a few weeks mucking out at a stables in jeans and wellies without anyone noticing who she was. She came across as really likeable and was clearly horse mad. To be fair, the frequenters of local riding stables and readers of Page Three of the Sun probably don’t have much crossover.

Anyway, the show always stuck in my mind for some reason and I often wonder how different her life could have been. I think she’s been badly advised and probably badly abused.

She is mentally unwell. For that I feel sorry however she's a narcissist and makes all her own bad luck and choices
