What's the weirdest thing your pet is scared of?

My friend's dog is terrified of cardboard boxes but completely ignores thunderstorms 😅

Pets can be so strange sometimes.

What's the weirdest thing your dog or cat is scared of?

Vacuum cleaners? Bananas? Plastic bags? Random household objects?

I'd love to hear some funny stories.

They're was this popular song awhile back. Can't remember what it was called, had the line "I belong to you, you belong to me, you're my sweetheart", and a part of the song was just short "hey", "ho". That part always made my dog stand and bark, looking for the threat. There was also a drum or base heavy song from arctic monkeys that used to do unnerve her, I always thought her response was similar to how she responded to the rumblings of thunder. She once wigged out over a pile of dirt in the garden once. Another had a healthy fear of bees, but that extended to planes flying over head.

My Labrador is terrified of the iron !! Will sit through a thunder storm though. Also hates Henry hoover ( who doesn't with his smug face) but LOVES the petrol lawnmower!

The hoover. And the neighbours hoover when he can hear it. I bought a robot one, had to give it to my mum. 🧓
