That thing where you just can't stop once you have started.

I am not a greedy person and often leave food once I'm full, can stick to one packet of crisps, a couple of biscuits etc but haribo sweets, specifically gold bears, I keep saying each handful will be the last and then the packet is gone 🤐 I need to stop buying them!

God lidl has these cream cheese pepperoncini type things... if I buy a pack, I know it'll be gone in one sitting. I've stopped buying them now as I literally can eat them one after another after another.

Twiglets

McVities cheddars biscuits (the big ones, not mini cheddars)

Any kind of salted nut, but mixed salted nuts in particular

Haribo Star Mix Blush

maddiemookins16mum · 27/05/2026 20:59

Jaffa Cakes.

Also Tesco used to make pineapple, lime and coconut lollies and i'm fuming that they discontinued them

Marks & Spencer do these!

Romanesk · 27/05/2026 21:06

Cherry tomatoes on the vine. They're little flavour bombs! Delicious! Given half a chance I could eat a whole pack (but would then regret it, so I don't).

MandyMotherOfBrian · 27/05/2026 21:07

Those huge green olives (what are they called, can’t remember, Queen Nocellara ?) but only the ones stuffed with lemon and whole garlic cloves. I could keep going all day with them.

Pearshapedpear · 27/05/2026 21:07

Custard creams …. If I have them in the house I hear their siren call from the cupboard

Hohofortherobbers · 27/05/2026 21:11

Dark chocolate digestives, can eat half a packet in one sitting Blush

Tinytwinle · 27/05/2026 21:17

I dont have one.

Peanut M&Ms. Especially from a "sharing bag". I don't think so.

Joey doesn’t share food!

Flinderskleepers · 27/05/2026 18:44

Oh don't be so middle class. Pick up a bag of crisps like the rest of us.

Haha yep was thinking the same. Posh cow 😄

PartyQuestion30th · 27/05/2026 21:29

Marks and Spencer’s salt and vinegar combo crisps. Can’t have them 8n the house.

pepayfelix · 27/05/2026 21:33

Jaffa cakes. Never manage to eat less than the whole packet.

Imfreezingcoldtoday · 27/05/2026 21:49

Cadbury’s chocolate buttons!

Thebinisrightthere · 27/05/2026 21:54

TheBlueKoala · 27/05/2026 20:56

Beer, chocolate and lemon flavoured youghurt.

That sounds like a disgusting yoghurt 🤣

Tonkerbea · 27/05/2026 22:15

Potato triangles. Probably a good thing they were discontinued.

Ritz crackers as a vehicle for cream cheese.

MrsLFii · 27/05/2026 22:19

I have several 🐷
Thai sweet chilli sensations crisps
lidl deluxe sea salt and balsamic vinegar crisps
jaffa cakes (but not the real ones, they’re rubbish, the Aldi ones)
Lidl mini stollen bites (I’m out of control with those at Christmas 😂)
Mini shortbread bites, you know the big tubs you get for ‘parties’ for me and me alone

AsimpleOstrich · 27/05/2026 22:33

Salted cashews
Salted pistachios in the shell
Peanut M&Ms
Any chocolate with nuts
Basically all of the nuts
Oh, and Battenburg cake.

Crikeyalmighty · 27/05/2026 22:35

Mine would be Greek yoghurt - especially Fage -5% - I could honestly eat one of those big tubs in one sitting

Kickinthenostalgia · 27/05/2026 22:45

Chocolate fingers…. I’ve eaten 4 packets in a week… because they were on offer… first in Sainsbury’s then in co-op… once they are full price I’ll stop 😂

pistachio nuts is another, could eat a whole bag in one sitting. I mostly only buy them at Christmas because they are hella expensive

saveforthat · 27/05/2026 22:46

Mine is mashed potato. Yes really. I love chocolate of course but can stop when I start to feel sick. If there is spare mash I will keep going. It's a real problem.

DanaScullysLegoHair · 27/05/2026 23:10

Candy Kittens Eton Mess sweets but from the fridge. Delightfully chewy.

Maraudingmarauders · 27/05/2026 23:12

Egg custards, cold from the fridge, and lemon and sultana scotch pancakes.
I don’t buy either any more as I eat them in the supermarket car park if I do!

BitterTits · 27/05/2026 23:19

Nice biscuits (I mean the ones that say Nice on them).

FusionChefGeoff · 27/05/2026 23:20

Aldi Chocolate Wave things - any flavour
strawberry fizzy laces
Cadbury caramel
salt and vinegar Pringles
