Travelodge in Scarbados. 🤣 We have a dog, plus I'm now in a wheelchair following an accident in Feb 25, so we need an accessible bedroom and bathroom. Plus both our passports have expired now so no time or current inclination to sort that.

Perhaps not the inspiration you were after, but it is what it is. 😅

We are taking a trip to Denmark with the kids. It’s possible to drive - we have a hybrid, we travel light and take a ferry or Eurotunnel. Make a few stops on the way. There’s a new Danish Centerparc which is in the middle of nowhere but I was almost tempted. It’s not a budget trip but we like being outdoors and interested in the Vikings and Legoland.

We went to Belgium at Easter. Mostly for a theme park.
Going Peak District in the summer and potentially Cobh.
Not sure for October yet but thinking a road trip of some sort. Kids are keen to go back ro Efteling so maybe Netherlands/Germany.

Yorkshire, Northumberland, Norway, Scotland and back home via Yorkshire again! One 5 week jaunt!

Disneyland Paris in June after exams and maybe a beach somewhere in the summer - but will be a last minute booking

Ireland and Crete and somewhere else for Christmas.

A trip every month this year ( except August)...mainly 4 to 5 day city breaks to Paris, London, ( 5 times) Edinburgh, Malaga and Amsterdam.....but 10 days in Mallorca and a week in Northumberland
Don't like beach holidays or long haul.

New York at Thanksgiving week. Just waiting for flight prices to drop a bit 😞

Lovely, have fun! Treat yourself at the Harbour Bar and enjoy a stroll round Peasholm Park. We recently had a week there with the grandchildren, and are hoping to retire there. 😊
