Unless she changes her style up a bit I will have to stop listening too. I don't like all the chatting to the public she does.

Really happy about this but I will miss her in the afternoons. I think OJ for teatime would be good too

I'm hoping it is OJ Borg, so I can listen to Drivetime for the first time in about 8 years once again, and have Greg James on every morning.

I will miss Sara at teatime. She’ll be great on the breakfast show. I think she’s one of the best Radio 2 DJs. Gary Davies won’t take over a full time show- I’m sure he enjoys being the stand in and not having the commitment, I’m glad as think he’s a bit dull. I like OJ. I do wonder if they’ll give it to Richie which will make a certain Radio 2 demographic implode so might be fun- the kind who complain about ‘box tickers’ and ‘youngsters’. The ones who forget that half the ‘old guard’ have died or been really ill over the last few years.

I like Sara, but a little bit sad as I am driving more at tea time than morning, so this means I will hear her less. Don't want OJ or Gary, but the decision isn't actually up to me!

Glad it's Sara - she should have got it when Zoe left and saved us a year of SM.

I can't see Rylan wanting the commitment of a daily show as he's involved in so many other things.

Is he? I really like Gary. Probably because I grew up listening to him on R1. Love his 80s show.

I like her a lot. She’s so warm and easy-going.

I was hoping for her for Strictly but never mind! I’ll listen to her in the car on the mornings I don’t WFH.

Gary’s great but I get the impression that he doesn’t want a commitment beyond his weekend 1980s show.

I'm a bit disappointed as I have started listening to Sara at Drive again after getting fed up with the changes at Virgin radio. I still listen to Chris Evans for breakfast on Virgin though so will now miss Sara again.

I find Sara more natural, funny and easier to listen to than Zoe. I never felt Zoe gave anything of herself and therefore never felt any connection with her on the radio.

At least the 'Woo Wednesdays' will stop. How many times he says "woo" is so irritating!
