I would like to think that the mid terms will bring some order and rein things in but to be honest I really wouldn’t be surprised if Americans don’t abandon Trump and the GOP in sufficient numbers to effect real change.

I'd be more likely to believe her statement if she had said that ahe knows Epstein was her husband's bestie, but she didn't like him so had as little do with him as possible. This still wouldn't explain the emails and photos though.

She must have been very young in that photo of her with the two of them, almost as young as the girls Epstein trafficked on his plane.

It's pretty damn obvious from the videos, pictures, birthday cards, trips on the plane, trips to the Island released so far that her husband was not just a passing acquaintance who only saw Epstein when they happened to get invitations to the same events.

Basically, it's that registry for the draft will now be automatically done when a young man turns 18. Up until now, each 18 year old registers himself. Starting in December the Selective Service will use other Govt databases to 'find and register' 18 yr old males. Just another example of how this Administration is creating databases to use in ways they were never intended to be used.

This is just registration. The draft has not been reinstated, no one is being called up. Yet.

What I haven't been able to determine is if they're going to retroactively register those who are over 18 through age 26 who didn't register.

Most states have some kind of Public Lands department that oversees state public lands, parks, etc. My state has the California State Lands Commission and the Dept of Parks and Recreation. Other states may call theirs by a different name. The USFS only oversees Federal Lands. They're a division of the US Dept of Agriculture.

The USFS isn't being done away with, it's being 'reorganized'. But I'm sure this 'reorganization' is NOT in the best interest of our public lands and they will suffer. We can probably look forward to drastic reductions in environmental research as well as an increase in logging, drilling, and the leasing of public lands for livestock. And a decrease of maintenance and services in our National Parks and other Federal recreation areas. Supposedly the only part of this debacle that is not being touched is the USFS firefighting division.

I've come to the conclusion that 'other threads' are not worth the effort when the same poster(s) keep dropping an article as an answer without any comment, or analysis because they expect you to do the work of unpicking the points being made.

Yup. And as we know, once they are backed into a corner they just go start a new thread and say the same stuff. There are some small changes though. One has gone from "Iran IS doing war crime", to "Iran MIGHT be doing war crime. But that won't last.

Takes me back to my days doing battle with Flat Earthers. But nobody is dying because of their mistruths.
