Highest is £3,200pcm for a 5 bed, 2 bath, 3 receptions.

I am in the SW.

£6000 a month. 5 beds, 4 bathrooms.

It’s in Wales’ most unaffordable location.

Torchout · 03/04/2026 18:08

£1950 and I wouldn't pay that as it's in the middle of nowhere. There were actually very few properties to rent

20k pcm for 9 bedroom detached, nice but not somewhere as a “must live” doesn’t have a pool or any other special features.

PickAChew · 03/04/2026 18:33

2750pm for a 2 bed riverside apartment. I'd consider it if I was single and had money to spare but it's a little uninspiring for the money.

Crunchymum · 03/04/2026 18:56

£97,500pcm. 10 bath and 10 bed.

Although I can also see £65,000pcm for 11 bedrooms and 1 bathroom? That can't be right?

Crunchymum · 03/04/2026 18:58

Added screenshot to prove I'm not imagining it!! (The 11 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
