For me £2.750 a month for 5 bedrooms not too bad

Highest is £3,200pcm for a 5 bed, 2 bath, 3 receptions.

I am in the SW.

£6000 a month. 5 beds, 4 bathrooms.

It’s in Wales’ most unaffordable location.

£1950 and I wouldn't pay that as it's in the middle of nowhere. There were actually very few properties to rent

20k pcm for 9 bedroom detached, nice but not somewhere as a “must live” doesn’t have a pool or any other special features.

2750pm for a 2 bed riverside apartment. I'd consider it if I was single and had money to spare but it's a little uninspiring for the money.

£30k pcm for a 5 bed. Looks nice

Highest 1600 pcm- 4 bed 2 bath

Lowest is £650 pcm for a room in a 5 bed HMO

Highest £2180 3 beds in a pretty horrible area.
lowest £925 2 bed in a slightly better area, but only slightly.
