If you have no health issues and drink a normal amount of fluid say equivalent to a few cups of tea or glasses of whatever per day.. how many times per day do you go for a wee?

Just this. Curious to know... also do you get up in the night to use the toilet?

I drink about 2 litres a day and wee every couple hours. Can go longer if needed but I do drink a lot. I attended a session with a pelvic physio once and try not to over empty bladder and practice good control.
