In court this week, think this is the last part of their legal stuff? Anyway, what has really struck me with this is how the Daily Mail have been complicit in her narrative and the abuse he gets. It’s came out in the court she has made 30k from them, selling her stories. I’m aware it’s an absolute rag, but paying someone with an DVRO and running their stories, in an attempt to paint their victim in a negative light is surely low, even by their standards?

Well no, I specifically said ‘it can’t be Alice’…

Well that’s good because unless I have metamorphosed into her overnight and not realised it I am not her.

Psychopathy isn’t a mental health condition, it’s a severe personality disorder.

And why would be your medical experience in this field to offer a diagnosis?

I didn’t offer a diagnosis. I offered an opinion. Hence ‘I think’.

Anyone who sticks up for Alice is saying that it's ok to abuse, because this is what she has been doing from the start, if a man was doing this to a woman you would be raging about it, the ones sympathising with her are just as bad as her, making excuses.

Well I would suggest that people don’t waste their time and do something a bit more productive instead. It’s not as if this court case is going to have a monumental affect on your life is it?

Do you read books? Fiction books? Watch TV? I do, and none of those things have a monumental effect on my life either, but I still do them.

Best go and do something productive then hadn't you, seeing as you clearly don't care about this, why are you wasting time here too?

You would do those things for entertainment. Do you find reading through hours and hours of court documents of people you don’t know and will never know entertaining? I can’t think of anything more dull and boring to do.

At the end of the day, it’s irrelevant as to why they read them. Doesn’t change the information within them. ‘Why are you bothering to read them’ is just an attempt to detract from what they say.

Most people are following this case closely because they want to see justice for Ioan, Bianca and the two daughters, and they want to see Alice face some punishment for what she has done.

TheNeedyKhakiPanda · 02/03/2026 21:36

Alice wanted all of this out here, so here we are, maybe she should have agreed to collaborative instead then, this would have been over years ago, we are only here because of her.

I can. Trainspotting, stamp collecting, online chess, watching Love Island. But I understand that some people choose to do them and some people choose to read the court stuff, even though they don't personally know the people involved (despite Alice's best efforts). Good that we're all different really.

I was waiting for someone to say your comment so it’s good I haven’t been disappointed. Commenting on here takes seconds. I haven’t read this entire thread either only the fist page or two (it’s too long) so you can’t really compare a quick post fired off to reading through hours and hours and hours of court documents. I’d be interested to hear how long it’s taken people to go through it all and did they need a snack to fortify themselves whilst doing it.

Edited

Fair point those are also hellishly boring especially Love Island

Justdancevance · 02/03/2026 21:40

I can’t understand why the Daily Mail are determined to paint this abuser as a victim. It’s completely nuts.

MrsLizzieDarcy · 02/03/2026 21:42

Daily Mail will produce any shite if they're paid enough to do so Hmm. It's a shame that Malice doesn't value her children's metal well being and education in the way she values her victim status. Ioan's money could and should have been better spent.

I would happily read every monotonous page of court report twice over than watch an episode of Love Island!

I wonder if they'll turn on her when this is over and Alice can't afford to bung them a few quid for favourable stories.

You’re not wrong about how things accumulate. Unfortunately for Alice, I think that’s EXACTLY what happened in this case - she kept up a steady drip of headlines and bonkers social media posts and court appearances and GoFundMes, and eventually it built into enough of a thing that people decided, what the heck is going on, I’m going to spend some time looking into what was actually said under oath. Because a lot of the stuff being claimed seemed SO flagrant, if Alice was telling the truth it signalled a total breakdown of the justice system. And because otherwise part of their mind kept getting prodded by a headline and wondering “what’s this all about?”. Now they see a headline and can quickly dismiss it, because they know the background.

Besides, most people haven’t actually read the transcripts, just excerpts and analysis with screengrabs. A very small number have actually read it all, and they’re usually the people who either were personally targeted by Alice previously, or have a hobbyist interest in spectacular legal shenanigans, which this case certainly has provided.
