What is your most hated household task?

For me it's hoovering. Or vacuuming, whatever you call it.

I'd rather clean the toilet or wash the floor on my hands and knees than hoover. Bloody hate it.

Oh, and a slightly more "outside" household task... cleaning the car! Drive-through car washes are a bit of a novelty (unless you go into the nearest city or two towns away), and I just don't clean the inside of my car, unless a dog has been sick in the back. It's a bit messy, but contains lots of essentials, and as long as the car goes from A to B and back again, it's fine!

Putting away laundry and food shopping are my least favourite. I enjoy cleaning the kitchen as it looks remarkably better when all the Appliances shining and worktops are clear of clutter. I also love sitting in my freshly cleaned lounge with a nice candle burning.

Not a fan of cleaning windows either, especially the conservatory.

The cats! Emptying their litter trays, cleaning their room (spare room with cat trees toys and a litter tray where they sleep at night) the room gets all the fluff from the cat trees stuck to the carpet in there and stray litter pellets kicked across the floor.
on top of that brushing the cats then wiping them down or bathing them in the kitchen sink occasionally

@TheeNotoriousPIG Not industrial ones ! Lol 😆 Just a pretty basic circular one with three sockets . You wind the lead up when finished .

Cleaning the hair catcher and drain in the shower - it’s gross and I always leave it longer than I should do as I hate it and nobody else very thinks to do it

Cleaning the bathroom. It stresses me out.

Hoovering and putting the laundry away.

Ironing.

Hoovering/vacuuming the stairs. Hoovering generally but especially the stairs.

I quite like the rest.

Ironing. That and folding/putting away clean laundry.

Don't mind the rest really. Xx

Those are my absolute favourites of all chores. By far the most satisfying.

Cooking and shopping for the bloody food to cook I hate it🤨
