Can you raise one eyebrow (without the other)? Is it possible to learn how to do this?

As per the title. I can't, and would like to be able to. As I'm getting older, there are more and more situations that I would like to (non-verbally) respond quizzically to. Raising one eyebrow would seem to be the perfect way. Is it possible to "teach yourself"??

I can raise and lower 😁either or both. Only useful really to surprise and entertain small children
