Going on holiday today, on the way to the airport on a long bus journey. I'm overweight , no beating about the bush I'm trying hard to lose it and have lost some but have a long way to go. So I'm Sitting on the bus excited for hols in a great mood, an elderly man gets on with a cane looks at me and makes a very loud audible oink. I just stared at him didn't say anything I was so taken aback tbh, he proceeds to sit behind me making oinking noises. I'm really upset he got off the bus at the next stop but it's really tainted the start of my holidays..why do people have to be so unkind,.fat people know we are fat we don't need idiots like that making stupid noises and comments. Anyway sorry for the rant don't know why I'm letting it get to me so much! Thanks for reading if you have made it this far.x

Some bloke called me a grandma today as i didnt move my car quickly enough for him to do a three point turn in a busy traffic jam. Wound down the windows and everything. I told him to grow up. Dick day it seems today.

Thank you all so much 😊 I'm feeling so much better. I am now at my hotel chilling out and have put it to the back of my mind. As so many of you have said it does say more about him than it does me and I shouldn't have let him get under my skin like that. I get where some of you are coming from saying he may be senile or have tourettes etc and obvs I dont know the man and I cant rule that out and if that is the case then that is awful for him but I dont know it felt very purposeful he looked right at me as he was getting on the bus and very loudly oinked in my face. It just sent a very clear message that he thought I was fat/pig insert whatever horrible term here. But anyway I'm past it,I'm going to have a lovely holiday. To all of the people who have been treated so horribly im so sorry that you went through that.there are some nasty people out there but we mustn't let them dim our sparkle 💖 thanks all again for cheering me up hope everyone is having a great eve x

I'm sorry this happened to you. But please don't let it upset you. its not you its him. I've known some really horrible people in my life and the thing they all had in common was that they were really miserable and clearly hated themselves.
