Mine would be liposuction on my legs, I’m fairly sure I have lipedema and I hate them. I’ve lost over 5st and still hate my legs, especially my thighs.

I’m not interested in any other work, can’t imagine having anything done with my face etc but would have something done with my legs in a heart beat.

I had that, best thing I ever did. Changed my life with no pain, red sore flaps. Can wear any seamed bottoms and knickers. Confidence in sex went through the roof.

minimal down time or pain.

If you'd asked me (and dd)at 20, we'd have both said a nose job.(we have really similar, distinctive noses) now we are both happy and content with it. Now though- mine would be be toss up between teeth(I wouldn't even mind Turkish teef, mine are hideous) and upper eyelids which have dramatically sagged over the last year.
