I agree that it’s time to put Strictly out of its misery and I can’t see why T&C have decided to jump off the sinking ship. Too many scandals, too many Z listers & far too much box ticking.

It doesn’t matter to me who presents the show - I fast forward through all the shite and only watch the dancing.

There is a reason Tess is downstairs reading the auto-cue like a robot whilst Claudia goes upstairs and meets the dancers and just about manages to get through the auto-cue and manages it not all going completely to shit in the process.

And not the other way around.

It is becoming untenable to say you were on the show for donkey's years and not be aware of some of the stuff going on behind the scenes. Especially now there is an investigation in progress to conduct off scene.

I think its just their time to go the show is looking a little tired

Rylan’s, (not Ryland), real name is Ross, not Raymond. If you’re going to insult someone, at least get their name correct. Loads of people use stage names, he’s hardly unusual.

Doing it before the series would have been them feel like lame ducks, after the series or at the end - steal thunder of the winners. I suspect they were aiming for January but there was a Leak.

This series has been awful, far too long, too much filler and too much shrieking. I’ve been a fan for years but it has got really tired.

To me it feels like the format being pushed towards the shrieking, theme weeks, cc and various other crap is to appeal to children. :(

I haven't watched it this year due to the 'handy Andy' celeb last year that the BBC did nothing about. The professional was forced to laugh it off but as an ex competition dancer I know if she complained she wouldn't have got booked again. They're self employed. Tess and Claudia just brushed it off and said he'd stepped away for personal reasons. I was disgusted. First time I've not watched it in twenty years and that's me done. I doubt either millionaire will care what I think.
