Best {?} on toast?

Eggs Royale for me. It's eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon instead of ham. I use toasted bread instead of muffins because I've always got some on hand.
Toast, too much butter, salmon, poached egg, shop bought hollandaise on top. Lovely.

CONTROVERSIAL: Beans are nice, but better if you serve them separately so the toast so it doesn't go as soggy, sticky and damp as a toddler's undernose.

Oh I know - i never appreciated good bread until he started this job. My neighbours and friends love us!

When I started this thread I had assumed it would be a list of beans, eggs, or marmite, etc. I never knew people put so much crazy shit on toast.

Definitely only one for the offal lovers this but:

lams kidneys shallow fried in butter and garlic, on a slice of thick white toasted large bloomer, and sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley.

Garlic mushrooms on thick white toast with salted butter. Topped with blue cheese.

Toast one side of the bread.
Flip it over and on the untoasted side spread some horseradish sauce. Cover with sliced mature cheddar cheese and put back under the grill until the cheese bubbles.

Those of you saying marmite (minus the vegetarians) - trust me on this, you need to ditch it for bovril.
