Fuck OFF Elon Musk

1000 replies

noblegiraffe · 13/09/2025 19:35

Elon Musk appeared via video link today at Tommy Robinson's Racist March wittering on about woke mind viruses and calling for the dissolution of parliament.

All I really want to say is FUCK OFF ELON MUSK.

You know that if you put every single asylum seeker from the asylum accommodation into Wembley Stadium it wouldn’t be half full, yes? And that asylum seekers make up only 13% of immigration, with the small boats being less than 2%of it? And that net immigration halved last year?
You are focusing on the wrong thing. As @Ratafia says, immigration isn’t the reason for things going to shit. Underinvestment and the increasing inequality between the 1z and the rest of us are what’s causing the problem.

Oh FFS - ‘inequality’…when will you learn.

Try to social engineer all you like - people are not homogenous. Some are doers, some are entrepreneurs, some work hard and/or smart, some take risk, some study hard, some don’t make bad life choice after bad life choice.

The inequality card is such a cop out. Reduce everyone to zero, and see where that gets you.

RufustheFactuaIReindeer · 14/09/2025 12:47

I'm not telling Elon Musk to fuck off because I don't agree with him, I'm telling him to fuck off because he is a foreigner trying to meddle in the politics of our country

absolutely

So what you're saying is people need to take responsibility for their own life outcomes. And not use immigrants as a whipping post for their woes. I think we may actually agree a little on something. Wonders will never cease.

I have never deviated from that view - it’s what I taught my DC, and it’s how I behaved in business.

My mantra is, and remains - own it.

And for the record, I do not consider immigration to be the most pressing issue facing this government. I condemn racism, hate, and violence.

Happy that we are otherwise in agreement.

TizerorFizz · 14/09/2025 12:53

I do believe immigration in some areas has been problematic. Obviously housing is one. It’s inevitable but it’s a trade off for them working and being productive people. Most are and want to be.
@noblegiraffe I hope your maths pupils do well.

80smonster · 14/09/2025 13:00

I’d be willing to wager most of the racists who gathered in London weren’t Londoners. I think it’s an embarrassment and the police should disburse them with force. Out of towners drinking on trains since early morning, brawling and generally being unpleasant, in one the most multicultural cities in the world. Elon Musk, riling up the povvos and watching them go, vile.

Housing is a weird one because you could get rid of every single immigrant and it wouldn't make a difference to house prices/rents. We do need to build more houses but even doing that won't stop housing getting more expensive (renting and buying). In theory probably the amount of credit people can take to buy houses has driven prices up but even if the banks radically reduced their mortgage offer house prices would keep going up at this stage (maybe after a blip).
The problem is housing is both an essential for everyone AND an asset. And it's a source of income if you are a large landlord. And increasingly the landlords aren't even rich landlords complaining in the Telegraph but really large investment firms. Who are almost too big to fail without bringing down ordinary people (like banks in 2008) so it's not even like you can hope they just collapse. It's a really huge problem that is going to keep getting worse. The arguments about immigration are a distraction from talking about the root causes but it makes sense because noone really has a clear way to fix the root causes.

No, of course they weren't all Londoners.
They were people from all across the country.
And you think that they shouldn't be allowed to protest? They should be disbursed with force for daring to speak out?
Including the families with children?

What a vile attitude!

Yep - go and protest in your own backwater. Drop litter on your streets, inconvenience your local police force. It could sound like I’m telling you to go home? You don’t like that?

👏👏👏

Exactly this. The veneration of sadists and tech bros by these scumbags is disgusting.

Do they really think Elon and Farage are going to protect the NHS? Do they fuck. It’s just an excuse for angry, useless men to be violent without consequence.

Wonder what your agenda is to want families removed with force?

A lot of what he said was right and people are just in the right frame of mind at the moment to support his views and Tommy's.

You are wrong on this one. The population of the UK in the 90s was about 58 million. Now it is about 68 million. The 10 million difference is the population of a small-ish country like Austria or the Czech Republic. It is a massive population growth, so all these people have to live somewhere and the demand in housing is huge. The more the demand, the more expensive the accommodations and property prices. (Remember the price of an average two-bedroom flat in London back in the 90s and the price of the same flat now?)
It always astonishes me when people don’t see the correlation and don’t understand this.

spirallingcauldroun · 14/09/2025 13:21

13% "Like foreign interference" 😂. WTF is wrong with people. I suspect these are the same people shouting "stop the boats".

The irony.

Alternatively, you could just ignore him.

Baital · 14/09/2025 13:24

We have a democratically elected Parliament and government. They can be voted out in the next election.

There are plenty of government policies I disagree with, currently and in the past.

I do not want to live in a dictatorship, so even when I disagree with the elected government I do not agree with it being overthrown.

That is why I object to Elon Musk - because once you go down the route of a violent minority having more power than the peaceful majority the majority is worse off. The first to feel it will be the scapegoats (immigrants) but once the initial scapegoats have been removed there will be a need for new scapegoats - and that might include you.

When people voted “Like foreign interference” they didn’t mean the interference of the boat people and the countries they are coming from. Duh! They mean interference from other democratic and westernised countries who are in favour of free speech.
Are you 5? 🙄

Nagginthenag · 14/09/2025 13:26

So posters are OK with Musk, not a citizen of the UK, not resident in the UK, telling citizens they must 'fight or die', calling for dissolution of a democratically elected government and for revolution. And posters are OK with that?

Nobody is reducing anyone to zero. When will you learn. Look at the massive transfer of resources to the very top since covid. Then think for 5 minutes what that means for the economy. I’m not talking about people who study hard or earn a reasonable - or even very high - salary. I’m talking about the super rich. (Though as ever, if you think you work harder than a carer, maybe try it for a bit. I know I couldn’t hack it).

If you want to be small minded, why not do it in your own village? Where others are more likely to share your vision. Elon Musk, an American billionaire, is manipulating you (and other foolish types), it’s a shame you don’t have the capacity to see what others do.

Goldenbear · 14/09/2025 13:31

Goldenbear · 14/09/2025 11:41

I can't believe that people can't see that it is the poor 'living standards' that has to be tackled, that 14 years of austerity has impoverished so many people and blaming immigrants is not going to do anything to better that situation.

That should read, 'have' not "has".

Calls to violence are wholly unacceptable, and should be condemned.

Non-state actors criticising the UK government - completely acceptable.

Do you have any examples?

It always astonishes me when people don’t see the correlation and don’t understand this.

It's because they're thick and don't understand basic concepts such as supply and demand.

"Housing is a weird one because you could get rid of every single immigrant and it wouldn't make a difference to house prices/rents."

Approximately 20-25% of the UK population is foreign born or a child with two foreign born parents.

That's 13.6 to 17 million people that wouldn't need housing.
