The Living and the Dead - the last episode was set up for such a good second serious but nada.

How Mrs Browns boys etc get airtime - I can’t only assume that it’s viewed by the brain dead and people who can’t change the channel.

Yes! That's a programme I haven't thought about in years but loved it back then (1995! Just looked it up). Has probably aged terribly.

X files - I LOVE this show but no, the recent 2 seasons showed that this show doesn't really work in current times and scullt being pregnant again is awful

Should probably have moved on by now, but I'm still periodically incensed that they ended the one and only series of Berkley Square (an obscure 1990s period drama) on a romantic cliffhanger.
