I am an immigrant, though am white and have lived here most of my life. I am very left leaning and love different cultures. But I grew up in a very multi cultural area, where as girls we were harassed by young Muslim men for being easy (aka showing skin) but it was apart from that interesting with lots of Irish, indian and Jewish refugees from Poland etc.
We now live in a commuter town that our local gp surgery has nearly 20k patients and it's impossible to get an appointment. The town is full of vape shops, grow houses and Turkish barbers (some legit some not). It's not a secret that vapes are sold to young girls if they flash skin to the mainly Muslim men running these shops. They friend them on Snapchat. my teen daughter was groomed by an Albanian man who was doing it to 100s of girls via snapchat as they had "mutuals". But she's also had issues with British boys her own age who use social media to pick on girls and have been themselves groomed by the Andrew Tates of this world.
My point is it's not racist to point out that much drug and sex crime etc is run by Albanian gangs and modern slavery. It is racist to not be able to see legitimate immigrants have a valuable contribution to society and to vilify refugees fleeing from war zones.
It's not racist or anything else to point out that women's rights are being eroded.
It's a very complex situation. Personally I think they need to deport all criminals from other countries, our rights are human rights, it needs to be a requirement that immigrants learn English, and respect that we are different in how we treat women. There needs to be more focus on how women are treated generally with British boys too.
Note that more liberal countries like Sweden and Denmark are having huge issues with young immigrant men who are not accepting of their liberal attitudes (my friend is a croation refugee who lives in Sweden so has a very unique view point to this and finds the refusal to respect the culture frustrating).
It's also not racist to talk about county lines and grooming gangs. In fact it's essential that we talk about these things openly without being accused of racism because actually we gloss over these societal and cultural problems and create more resentment to those of colour who don't deserve it.
It is racist to blame everyone who isn't white for all of this anger and xenophobia (I'm actually Australian and believe me they have not got it right and racism is deep rooted).
I'm not sure how I feel about all the flags. I think that has been taken over by people who don't understand the nuances of the issue.
