so he’s done a vow renewal after only getting wed in 2022 and none of his siblings or parents were there, just seems to have been organised by his billionaire wife’s parents. It looks like a very deliberate fuck you to his family. What can they have done to deserve such shocking treatment? It’s bizarre. And let’s hope the marriage to the (reportedly prickly, hard work) billionaire works, so he doesn’t have to come crawling back to Mum and Dad………

Plenty of children of aristos do work. In any case, that’s not the point - the point is the Beckkham boysall seem intent on keeping in the public eye by pursuing glamorous careers but in as shoddy and lazy a way as possible, putting in zero talent and effort. In Brooklyn’s case, there’s also this desire to bring huge attention to a family feud, with the wedding vow renewal etc etc. Absolutely none of this needs to be made public.

If you haven’t broken your wedding vows I don’t see the point in renewing them. And I think it’s really tacky. 🤮

I have to say I do get judgy when I see they’ve pulled her out of school to attend another event. I don’t think as parents they’ve shown that they value education

i do think the pressure for harper to be skinny etc is going to be tough and I hope she has some support

Oh it turns out I was wrong, her dad was very wealthy, created a business and got rich from that. So she is an heiress herself!

Sometimes one transgression is enough to break the fascination. Once Loos happened perhaps something in their marriage died.

Perhaps he's an attention hungry man, who needed a wife totally devoted to him with no other competing interests, and thought once they were married VB would effectively give up all career ambitions. But she didn't.

Very sad. When they got engaged, I remember thinking they were the most synched celebrity couple I had seen in years.

But serially cheating, if true, is awful, a truly psychologically horrible thing to do to a spouse, unless you both have agreed prior to the nuptials that the marriage will be open.

Same dynamic as H&M IMHO....someone needs the publicity of one of the biggest brands globally to further her career - she certainly got the headlines (not sure if she got much work from it ? But they have both done the Moncler campaign recently - so maybe it has). Dozy BB cant believe his luck - he's totally c**t-struck ... same as fugly PH - both 'punching up' in the looks category and both very vulnerable to the manipulaion of someone with such as N P-B or MM - and same thing that family and friends likely tried to warn him as per H&M.

I can't say very much about him, but we do need to be a little sympathetic, he was identified as being a special needs student. Can't say anymore in a public forum.

Pretty equally I would say.

D has an insatiable desire for money and adulation. He is disgustingly tight and has tried to fleece charities when doing ‘charity’ work. And his tax evasion practices are sickening. Years and years of multiple companies and creative accounting has meant he’s contributed very little to the public coffers.

V comes across as desperate although I think she genuinely loved D. Could never really come to terms with being a global star one minute and then being simply the wife of a global star the next. Fiercely ambitious and desperate for fame, he has essentially bankrolled her flop of a brand for years and years while he shags everyone he chooses with impunity. The deal is that they stay together and promote the brand.

My takeaway was that they spend next to no time with each other or indeed with their children. Anyone, even momentarily, in their orbit has to sign an NDA and their whole brand is based on lies. He’s a selfish, egocentric philanderer and she is a desperate, vapid fame chaser.

I actually feel a bit sorry for BB because their family dynamic is a very unhappy one.

If the woman directly involved in this won’t tell her story - and she may not want to for ALL sorts of reasons – then nothing can be proven and it can’t be printed. As it is people gossip away on forums like this with no comeback.

I just came in to disagree with aristocrats not working, unless you are in Duke of Westminster league kids generally need to work. I can think of a few aristocratic families and their kids all work, particularly important when oldest son inherits majority. I can think of an insurance broker, banker, interior designer, doctor, a few farmers, gamekeeper, tree surgeon, florist and surveyor. All kids of aristocrats.

Some go off rails & other upper middle class kids - ultra high net worth kids etc-. play at work with hobbies. Some young women give up quickly on marriage etc. Fine, but many don’t really do the 9-5.
