We’re having Indian ready meals but always good to get some inspiration!

Btw, is it possible to change my background colour?

No tea apart from a cup of. Dinner is breaded fish, new potatoes, green beans and carrots. Blackberry and apple crumble.

Chicken pie. The filling has been in the slow cooker all day and I’ve just tasted it and it’s very/too salty. With mash carrots and broccoli. Can’t say I’m looking forward to it now 😔

Duck breast, chips and asparagus apparently. I'm not cooking....

Maybe a trip to Tesco on the way home to buy pizza?

Can you add a potato for a bit? Apparently that draws some salt out.

How can you make mash if you have no spuds? Homemade chicken pie and mash is one of my favourite things ever btw.

DH and DD off out doing stuff, so just me for tea tonight - got a choice of a CB Tikka masala, or a steak and ale pie - yum! And lemon tart for dessert.

Nothing wrong with ready mash when you can't be arsed, we have two yellow sticker jobs in the freezer.

Maybe a bit of cream in the pie might help the saltiness?
