Dd got spiked

Partytimeisover · 12/07/2025 09:57

Dd went to a club last night for her birthday. There were 8 of them. She had arranged to hire a booth for them. Where the price includes cocktails and few other drinks. They were all sharing drinks between the 8 of them.

No one got ill like dd did. It was stuff like paranoia seeing stuff breathless rashes. She didn't know who anyone was she thought she was being attacked etc. The hospital said since everyone else is fine it was probably a brush by? Apprently someone injected her as they brush passed you.

Couple things im wondering. Why does that happen. What's the person spiking her get from it? Surely they are loosing out on money.

Also its odd that it was the birthday person who was injected why her out of 8. Is there something in that or is it just a coincidence?

Dd is ol she's been in the hospital since silly o'clock. Where they done blood test. Keep eye on her . They are giving fluids to flush it out of her system she will be able to leave soon.

Just a guess but I suspect that there are men who would enjoy the power - she’s vulnerable and doesn’t know who he is and he can watch her? There are some evil people out there who would get a kick out of the power and the cost of drugs being worth that high.

Snorlaxo · 12/07/2025 10:06

I’m really sorry that this happened to dd . 💐

That seems heartless, however she got the correct treatment which is what counts.

pharmer · 12/07/2025 19:58

Did she have a blood test which confirmed what the substance was?

ParmaViolletts · 12/07/2025 20:00

OP it's been in the media a lot recently , they said it's imperative people call the police on this the police 999 should have been. Called the instant your DD looked seriously unwell.

The club should have CCTV

Dearg · 12/07/2025 20:01

I am so sorry this happened to your Dd. I live in dread of this happening to my lovely nieces or nephews. There are some truly awful people out there.

Hope she is home safe soon 💐

ParmaViolletts · 12/07/2025 20:01

Who said that op ? The club first aider ?

Unfortuntly they see people drunk etc don't they which is why it's vital they know she's been spiked and they are also culpable

Get jf out on sm as.well so others can be aware.

ninjahamster · 12/07/2025 20:07

My dd got spiked last year. Hospital were useless, said they don’t test for spiking?!
She was such a state, it was really frightening. She had only been to a pub, stayed quite late and the barman was bringing drinks to her table. She thinks he spiked her.

ohyesido · 12/07/2025 20:10

Does she have a puncture wound?

spiking is always the preferred theory but honestly sometimes it’s just a bad reaction to a drink that didn’t agree. Like you say, what ekd anyone gain from randomly spiking someone? It’s most unlikely.

im glad your DD is okay

She had a blood test. But her friend said the hospital said. because the ambulance took so long to get there about 90 mins it meant the drug had lecture het system. But the symptoms were still there.

Yeah but seems a very odd way to behave. Makes me think he has something to hide.

Good friend of mine (in her 40s) was spiked at a family dinner in a restaurant. The police said some people just do it for malicious amusement. They were there really quickly but kept no forensics and didn't ask the restaurant for CCTV. It's a shitty terrifying world out there. Glad your daughter is ok.

Im a way it was lucky it was dd and not her friend. Who has a heart condition probably could have killed her i know it wasn't her but easy could have been

No dd is never ever like that with drink. She seemed to be hallucinating. And she thought she was getting attacked and didn't know who anyone was .

Yet friend showed me what looked like a puncher wound but dd has blemishes on her skin anyway.

I was originally told drinks were not left unattended but then someone else said they were left briefly i think that's more likely than getting injected
