What a bathroom!!

Ever since I was a kid I have walked past this house and along this road and thought that they must be fantastic because of the views. I have always wanted to live in one.

This one is now for sale and the views are fabulous - even has its own tunnel to the beach. But my oh my, the bathrooms. I can’t decide if I love or hate!!

They're incredible! I'm not sure I could bear to replace the baths or the sink with the marble surround.

Why do some estate agents insist on SHOUTING IN THE LISTING THOUGH? Sometimes just for PARTICULAR words that they have want to EMPHASISE?

Great view but that's a busy road. Also you would spend 250k modernising the house. I'd want large windows to get the view just to start.

I think I love the bathrooms. I like the curve on the pink bath and the green floor. I think it would be wrong to rip them out, you would have to get them re-furbished I think.

I'd have to calm down those bathrooms. I'd keep some of the original bits, the floor is quite funky.

I love them too. Coloured bathrooms are coming back in and those are ripe for a little bit of tweaking. Gorgeous!

Those are amazing. Almost immaculate 1930's bathrooms. You never see those any more.

I'd buy that in a heartbeat. The house needs updating but the bathrooms I'd keep!

Oh there's not one bit of it I like. It needs the same amount of money spent on it as purchase price IMO

The Great Orme is where half of MIL’s family’s ashes are scattered! Including DH’s dad we discovered after MIL let it slip. She is DH’s step mother. He wasn’t consulted or told. So there might be more neighbours than you think @guerdyguatd!

The layout and internal style is not dissimilar to our house when we bought it. Ten years ago, the renovation was £370,000. Just saying.

It’s in a nice location but it’s so old-fashioned inside! The kitchen is awful.

The pink bathroom just needs a new floor and maybe some brass fixtures. Love it!
Rip the curtains off every single window to reveal the view. 1.2 is very steep when there's a lot to do

I would not touch the green bathroom. It's classic, original gorgeousness. Not so sure about the pink one. The floor has obviously had another flooring lifted off it, and the wall tiles do not co-ordinate with the flooring and suite. Plus the loo appears to be close-coupled, so I suspect the pink bathroom has been 'improved'.

Haven't read the details, is there a large garden? One of the views from the back window is the cliff wall which looks very close.

Urgh, other than the views there’s nothing I like about the house!
Okay it looks spacious.
But it looks like it was an old peoples home at one point and never got updated.
Not for me at all, I don’t even think the exterior is attractive.
I’d end up spending more than the price of the house to make it how I like it 😂
