For me, its spinach. I eat it raw with every meal. I can easily get through 1kg a week by myself 😮

For DP, its tinned fish. He has it every day for lunch. He treats himself to fancy ones which is currently costing us about £150 a month 😮

What about you?

Diet 7up for me, I only drink coffee and 7up and get through about 8 cans a day. I can't stop, the idea of running out sends me into a tizz

Make that triplets. I also have a squash bar. It has a 'house' and 'premium' shelf too. Bog standard double strength on the 'house' and vimto/peach with barley/etc on premium when I'm treating myself. Lol

Among others its Nuri sardines and Diplomat herring in teriyaki sauce.

I'll take a look at Rio Mare.

He's obsessed with Tinned Fish Market: The Tinned Fish Market - Online Tinned Seafood Delivery Company

Thank you, you’ve made my day! I’ve put an order in.

Pretzel sticks. Packets and packets of them. Dipped in hazelnut spread for sweet and on their own for savoury….

I have a squash bar too.

We don't really drink alcohol in my house so on Saturday nights we have squocktails. Basically, loads of squashes mixed up with some tonic water.
Very adult.

Shredded raw cabbage (usually white, sometimes red) with a bit of grated carrot, dressed with olive oil and a spritz of lemon juice. My partner is Anglo-Greek and we eat 'lakhano salata' with just about every dinner.

GrannyWeatherwaxsBroomstick · 25/06/2025 15:34

I drink so much squash. Hot, cold and with sparking water. I order it by the dozen bottles from Mr Fitzpatricks. It’s my little luxury because I don’t drink alcohol.

JustAnInchident · 25/06/2025 15:36

It seems to be chocolate these days, unfortunately. I never really cared for chocolate much but honestly it was like a switch had been flipped and I was like a woman possessed if I couldn’t get my chocolate fix every day while I was pregnant with my daughter and alas I still seem to be quite enamoured with it now! I had hoped once she was out, so too would the love for chocolate but she’s 3 months, so I guess I’m out of luck!

TantrumsAndBalloons · 25/06/2025 15:37

Eggs- at least 3 a day but sometimes more
Raspberry lemonade kombucha- I go through a bottle a day
Raspberries/strawberries/blueberries/blackberries
Decent coffee

Has @GrumpyTwatFace's DH seen The Tinned Fish Market? They do subscription boxes if you need a present idea.

DareDevil223 · 25/06/2025 15:39

Tea, always and forever, roasted, salted pistachios in their shells.

Cantaloupe melon and strawberries, I get through such a lot, I'm obsessed!

Oh this is a great idea 😂

We don’t have much of a selection where I am and you have to buy it when you see it.

notprincehamlet · 25/06/2025 15:41

Apples (they're my thinking food) and black coffee

YourSpryOrca · 25/06/2025 15:41

Yeo Valley yoghurt and chilli jam (not together!)

At 3 months post partum you're still very much in the early days and deserve every bit of chocolate you can get your hands on! I think its something to do with hormones and also possibly iron but chocolate is amazing and should be on prescription for all hormonal women 😁

Burrata. I have them in a bowl with a spoon.

This is how to live.

CoastalCalm · 25/06/2025 15:43

At the moment ice lollies , Aldi have some lovely ones in for around 50 calories

GingerLiberalFeminist · 25/06/2025 15:46

I'm a bit odd about food and will have the same thing day in, day out. For.example;
Breakfast: 2 eggs and avocado
Lunch: tinned tuna and coleslaw
Dinner: always has green beans and broccoli
Thus I eat a lot of the above!

Part of it is gut issues so I stick to what I know doesn't upset me.

At home generally we have to buy bananas every few days, DD will eat 2 a day and DH 2 as well. 75 is the lethal dose 🤣

Cherrysoup · 25/06/2025 15:47

Green olives and brazil nuts. I actually think I'm addicted.

Jerrypicker · 25/06/2025 15:53

Nothing. I eat everything in moderation and am the master of self-discipline 😄
I never have cravings, I have no idea what it feels like. When people say they crave chocolate, cheese or whatever, are dying for a glass of wine/coffee etc..I’m just baffled like..what is wrong with you? Do they mean they are dying of hunger and could eat a horse, or not really hungry but their body wants a specific something despite not being hungry?
I enjoy food but not in a crazed, obsessive way. I also don’t understand why some people have too much of something. Tons of tomatoes or Brazil nuts..why don’t they just have a normal amount?

Natsku · 25/06/2025 15:54

Tea. I have 2 or 3 cups every morning before I even leave for work, then when I arrive I immediately have another cup of tea. Then at 9:30 we have tea break so I have another, then one with lunch, then another at afternoon tea break.
