For me, its spinach. I eat it raw with every meal. I can easily get through 1kg a week by myself 😮

For DP, its tinned fish. He has it every day for lunch. He treats himself to fancy ones which is currently costing us about £150 a month 😮

What about you?

Greek Yogurt 10% fat. Minced Beef. Cream.

MferMonsterSearchingForRedemption · 25/06/2025 16:19

Pepsi Max- multiple cans a day
OJ- two glasses a day- maybe that isn't that much, I'm not sure
Burgers

theriseandfallofFranklinSaint · 25/06/2025 16:20

Protein yoghurts, we get through a ridiculous amount (or it feels like it when I'm loading trays of them into my trolley doing the weekly shop!)

Before the fat jabs crisps and chocolate, now tonic water and avocado

FastMauveQuoter · 25/06/2025 16:21

Greek yogurt, almonds, chia seeds, eggs, bananas, walnuts, fresh fruit. We have these in various combinations every day for breakfast. I love them.

Sanpallegrino grapefruit flavour. It can be a pain to find as it is the most underrated of their flavours, but I love it.

Jalapeños, the pickled ones

Anything pickled really. I also love anything fermented - it’s not even a health thing I just love the weird kind of fusty taste it has. It definitely helps offset the next thing tho… because they’re definitely not good for you.

FINDERS CRISPY PANCAKES!!! The seconds my kids are in bed we are putting on some finders. I don’t care if it takes a few years off our lives, they’re so tasty. I don’t feed them to my kids. I don’t think they would eat them tbh, they’re little snobs.

I used to love Findus Crispy Pancakes a long time ago but haven’t been able to get them for years.
Where do you get yours, please?

DoAsYouWouldBeMumBy · 25/06/2025 16:26

Apples! We get through dozens a week, and there’s only three of us 🍎🍎🍎

Chungai · 25/06/2025 16:27

Greek yoghurt. I feel bereft on days I don't have it.

TreeDudette · 25/06/2025 16:28

Sugar Free Ribena - I don't drink much else, 1 can of diet coke per day and 3 or 4 cups of decaff coffee.

spinach contains oxalates
I would cut back on spinach and make sure you cook it

Tonnes of tinned fish can lead to mercury poisoning can’t it? Might be worth ensuring he is within guidelines!

anyway. Mine is lucozade zero sugar pink lemonade. It’s literally all I drink. I have a fridge in my garage full of it and buy in bulk from Amazon. I can’t imagine what the bin man thinks.

I do not have a diagnosis but I definitely have sensory differences and safe products and drinks. I will panic if I can’t access it.

I have just ordered some of this-you made it sound so delicious. 😁

Totally agree about the sanpellogrino grapefruit.

But I dont drink too much of it as it is so hard to find

Toast, crisps and wine

Expatornot · 25/06/2025 16:36

Always the first items in a grocery order because we eat them the most and regularly are … Greek yoghurt strawberries blueberries oat milk and bottled water.

BountifulPantry · 25/06/2025 16:38

Oui yogurt- I love the stuff!

Last year, I started saving the empty jars to donate or sell. Currently, around 400.

I'm better at collection than distribution.

Donate or sell?

Who in their right mind is going to buy 400 glass yoghurt pots???

Ezesonfire · 25/06/2025 16:41

Crispy chilli oil, literally on everything.
its fab fried with an egg, on chicken, in ramen, in a cheese toastie, on plain pasta - the list is endless!

I’m never without sparkling water also.

Pigeon31 · 25/06/2025 16:43

Broccoli, peanut butter, greek yoghurt, eggs

DarkDarkNight · 25/06/2025 16:46

Fage Greek yogurt, cherry tomatoes.

DisforDarkChocolate · 25/06/2025 16:51

Currently banana custard. I like it but it's not by choice, bad digestive issues followed by a dry socket after tooth removal. I yearn for toasted sourdough!

Gilead · 25/06/2025 16:52

Yoghurt, two or three pots (not the huge ones)
a day. Dates, to which I will be adding peanut butter!

Dates and peanut butter, the food of the gods!

Jaq27 · 25/06/2025 16:57

Nuts! I prefer them to meat these days. Cashew nuts in a stir fry. Peanut butter sandwiches. Coconut curry. Chopped walnuts in my salad.
I am completely nuts. 😁

WilfredsPies · 25/06/2025 16:58

Coca Cola. The full fat stuff. I’ve tried with Coke Zero but it’s not the same, so I’m guessing it’s a sugar addiction.

And sprouts. Boiled up until they’re two minutes away from mush. I love them.

ChocolateCinderToffee · 25/06/2025 17:01

Goat cheese. I love.
