We’re lucky enough to be enjoying a lovely sunny Saturday, so will be having home-made burgers with all the trimmings and a few ice cold beers.

What’s everyone else going to be enjoying this evening?

It has been absolutely pouring rain all day here! Currently snuggled up on the sofa with a blanket, watching the new series of Clarkson’s Farm and waiting on DD bringing some fish & chips home

Just Ds2 and I this evening. He asked for Carbonara so we're making that. He doesn't get it often as Ds1 struggles with long pasta in his braces so this is a rarity.

Baked potatoes - just finished, but still a bit hungry

Picky bits. I bought a seeded loaf and baguette earlier today, so that’s it. I’ll boil up some eggs, we have cheeses, salamis, hams, salad, olives…

Crumpets and peanut butter. I’ve got Covid and feel utterly lousy. First thing I’ve eaten in two days.

We're having Spanish truffle ham, Manchego and olives with a bottle of fizz , first night of our holiday - in Norfolk. Spanish style weather, though.🌞

Leftover Ethiopian takeaway!

Having a MH crisis. So was totally lazy, freezer southern fried chicken burgers, in fresh rolls with cheese and salad.

We’re having one of those Old El Paso enchiladas kits - with fake chicken, homemade guacamole, lots of cheese and salsa. A side salad too.

I made chicken stock from our leftover roast chicken which we had with herb croutons made from leftover bread I made in the bread maker the other day. It’s been really warm today so this was more than enough for now for dinner.

Lunch was a leftover chicken, mozzarella and pesto toasted sandwich 🥪

We went out for lunch and I had gyoza to start which really filled me, so I've brought my yaki soba home for dinner, yum!

Home made ratatouille with posh (ie, from an online specialst butcher) lamb chops.

Ooh nice! Lovely sunny day here so a few ciders and whatever I have the energy to cook! (Hopefully my son will…!)

DH is just cooking enchiladas and nachos for our dinner .... dog is hoping for some chicken scraps, and some cheese lol 😂

I had a slice of quiche with salad, lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes, and I added hummous, olives and some seeds that I bought from Sainos as a salad topper.
