What’s for dinner tonight?

We’re lucky enough to be enjoying a lovely sunny Saturday, so will be having home-made burgers with all the trimmings and a few ice cold beers.

What’s everyone else going to be enjoying this evening?

Bbq. We seem to live off bbq in summer

We had a bbq with some very thick ribeye steaks, charred shallots and asparagus. Salad on the side.
Dh and ds had theirs in a baguette but I’m on MJ and don’t have stomach space to waste on bread so focussed on the meat and veg, very tasty.

We had creamy garlic chicken with new potatoes and tender stem broccoli. Really easy but lovely. And lemon roulade (Lidl) with raspberries.

M and S pizza. With extra goats cheese. Quick and easy after a crazy day
