I thought they’d have to get it up and running before school uniform shopping really kicked off and I’m glad I was right!

It has surprised me how many things I’ve thought ‘oh I’ll order off M&S’ then not been able to. I don’t even consider myself that much of a regular customer!

That’s great news, it seems like it’s only selected items at the moment as my overflowing basket says ‘unavailable online’ against loads of items.

What a disappointment. I've been desperately waiting to order jeans. I need long or extra long which are never stocked in my local branch so was very excited to buy them online. All out of stock 😩

Too late for the summer beauty bag. My first time in years not getting it 😭

Long delivery times (8-10 days) and no click and collect. Hopefully they will get back to pre hack service levels soon.

How can everything I want to be out of stock? I’ve been waiting to order some bikinis, no one has been able to buy them online in weeks and surely they haven’t been shifting them all in store?

I’d imagine their stock control is all over the place at the moment - things probably aren’t actually out of stock, they just aren’t 100% sure what they’ve got and where and so are limiting orders to items they are confident that they have and can deliver.

I’d personally be waiting a few weeks until things settle down, and they’ve done some stock counts and got themselves straightened out a bit.

But it’s nice to see that they are going in the right direction at last.

I had a basket ready to go, but most of it is now out of stock, so I won’t be ordering.

Not back in Ireland yet. Bet the two items I have in my basket will be sold out when it does come back.

Yay! But just like a PP I’m going to wait a couple of weeks just to let them get up and running properly. My bag is empty anyway (did they do that or me?) and I can’t remember what I had in there so I obviously wasn’t desperate for everything.

I think I will wait for the first flush of orders to go out before testing the waters. No school trousers anyway, which was the main thing in my basket.

Literally everything I had in my basket (and it was a lot of stuff) is out of stock, so I'm going to have to buy elsewhere, I'm afraid, annoying because they're one of the best for petite lengths, but I can't wait much longer.
